What Q&A Forum Platform Does SEOmoz Use?

Ha -- SEOmoz should offer a license/white-label of the forum technology. I'm sure there are many others (have not shopped yet) but I like this one.

It does make it difficult to have multiple platforms, I'll have to ask a dev though about whether we're planning on moving it all to RoR. I believe PRO is actually built on a different platform even, oy!

Actually the main site is built with CakePHP but Q&A is not. This is built in Ruby.

Yeah, it's all pretty much right. I believe the RoR token is likely for the Web App. It won't detect cakephp though, because it's a server-side framework and will therefore execute prior to the page being being returned to a browser. That said, I'm actually surprised it detected RoR.

Interesting - Zendesk looks pretty powerful. I need to research more --Â on the first 1 minute glance it looks more like a customer support engine vs. a forum manager, but I'm sure it can do both.

I believe it's Zendesk on an Amazon CloudFront platform, though am sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello, Do the SEOmoz Campaign Reports (that track errors and warnings for a website) follow rules I write in the robots.txt file? I've done all that I can to fix the legitimate errors with my website, as reported by the fabulous SEOmoz tools. How accurate is SEOMoz's keyword analysis tool?
For the most part, SEOMoz's keyword analysis tool has been in line with other tools like Adwords keyword tool with regards to competitive level. I have just encountered a keyword though that a client may choose to compete on that seems to be far off. keyword phrase: online math games Adwords competitive level: Low SEOMoz competitive level: 80 This seems like a sizeable difference (I know the two compare all results vs first page authority's, but typically they are in line with each other). With other related keywords for the industry in question, SEOMoz and Adwords seem to be in line. This one just got me thinking. I know the SEOMoz score is a sign of the strength of the top results and that the "low" score from Adwords may be a sign of much weaker results on the following pages (with a higher number of weaker pages vs fewer high authority outliers). **Question: ** How accurate is SEOMoz keyword analysis tool and what other keyword analysis tools are you guys/gals using that you like? I have tried others but many provide duplicate insights.

We’re unable to retrieve your ranking. and keyword difficulty tool The Keyword Difficulty tool is currently unresponsive due to difficulties with real-time rankings retrievals. Backlinks using Open Site Explorer
Hey guys, So I was doing some backlink analysis for a client and was utilizing Open Site Explorer, which stated that I had roughly 2,111 External Followed Links. However, I can't seem to find a way to export all 2,111 backlinks. I wanted to make sure if the links I had acquired had been indexed and crawled, and picked up, but I can't seem to access the full list on a domain level, only on the subdomain level. Anybody have any suggestions or advice? Any would be helpful! Best, James
