How to force a recrawl of a site?

I made changes in my site.
I would like to see the result of the crawl diagnostic. I know the crawl is happening every week, however, is there a way to force a re-crawl in order not to have to wait 5 days?

Syntax for canonical tag for a default page in a sub directory (not subdomain) of a web site?
I'm getting two "no canonical tag" errors for the default page of a sub-directory default page (www and root) - again NOT a subdomain. Since the page is not the root of its own site, I tagged it as -- I have tried without the default.asp, but the error remains. Been doing this for 24 years and don't remember running across this before.

Site Explorer shows links as followable but they have nofollow tags
Hello, I am looking at site explorer and sites linking to my site moneyfact.co.uk. I've got thousands of links showing as 'followable' but when i check them they have rel="nofollow" tags. e.g: http://www.dianomioffers.co.uk/partner/moneyfacts.co.uk/brochures.epl?partner=93&partner_id=93&partner_variant_id=33 Why would they show as followable when the links are nofollowed? Working with Open Site Explorer
Hi everyone, I'm new to keyword analysis, and am in the process of consuming a lot of SEOmoz articles and resources on the subject. I wanted to see if I'm correct in my analysis of two compared sites, and hope you can shed some light on the matter. I've been to the Google Keyword Tool and looked for my informational keywords for the project I'm working on, since the user intent is all about information. A not-so-great keyword phrase I've found with 12,100 local monthly searches is: "programa de inglês" (english programme) I'm just using this as a quick example. I have performed a Google search query for the above phrase from google.com.br (Brazil), and I'm comparing the #2 and #4 results from the 1st page of the SERPs which are: #2) www.programa-ingles.net and #4) http://www.baixaki.com.br/categorias/educacao-e-diversao.htm. What's confusing me is that in Open Site Explorer, the #4 result gets a much higher page authority compared to the #2 result, and beats #2 on every category except for internal–external link ratio and all the social categories. Here's an image attached of the comparison. Is it the fact that the external links of #2 account for 100% of the links pointing to it, or that the #2 position beats (rather pitifully) #5 on social sharing, or is it something that I've not stumbled across yet? Competitive Link Comparison vs. Open Site Explorer
I get different external followed links showing in the Competitive Link Comparison vs. Open Site Explorer. The total number of links is different as well. I thought this was the same info - just one tracks ongoing and one is just a "one-off" tool. Is this not the case? Do the count links differently? Thanks! Kevin

What analysis exists for Out Bound Links (OBL) from your site
Hi Maybe I am missing this but I can''t seem to see it. I am doing some analysis on a client's site and want to get a csv list of links from the client's site to external sites. So what I am looking for is a list of Out Bound Links (OBL) from the client's site. I want to run these past a black list / bad link neighborhood checking script I have. This would actually be a nice feature in SEO Moz Pro, unless it actually already does and I am just missing it or not setting filters correctly. Thanks Trevor

Site is penalized yet Google WTC and SEOMOZ says it's ok!
My first question on this community.. A high traffic site of mine has been severely hit for over two months. I took a look at GWTC and noticed a lot of suggestions on the HTML suggestions tab, where I believed that one or a combination of these errors/notices might been causing the penalty. At the moment of typing GWTC shows no HTML suggestions and minor meaningless crawl errors. Checking on SEOMOZ reported issues, I see zero errors except for a high number of duplicate page titles resulting from tag pages being accessible in the same tag title in paginations (tag.html?page=x) which can be fixed easily by using rel=canonical but I just know it can't cause such penalty. For reported warnings, site has a decent amount of title element being too long and missing meta tag description tags. I have been very active in the past with 301 inner pages of the site to make pages URLs as unique as possible and results were great, but that was long time ago before taking the hit. The penalty the site suffers from is zero rankings for newly added contents and old contents as well. It has also lost all rankings for its money terms. Site is not banned and still ranking top for its name which is a good thing. I am not sure where else I should be looking and will appreciate any good advices. Thanks!
