Help Understanding Crawl results on this site

I'm just starting to SEO this site http://thefirmbusinessbrokerage.com/welcome and I'm having trouble with the crawl report data.
First question, should I be building links to the site above or the main page http://thefirmbusinessbrokerage.com/ (which is a flash intro). If I build links to the flash page, what do I do to the forwarding URL to the welcome page to make it effective?
Second question, why does the crawl data report show up almost completely blank? Is this site perfect or are there some onsite issues that I'm not seeing.
Thanks for your support and guidance on this site. I'm not hosting the site, just building links and offering optimization advice onsite.

The flash intro could be why the crawl data isn't showing up. How many pages are crawled? Here's information from the help desk on some of the issues that affect Moz being able to crawl a site:

Others will be able to give better answers than I regarding the link building, but I wanted to get at least part of your question addressed here.

Why is my MOZ report only crawling 1 page?

Data from Open Site Explorer to Excel
Hello, Im having a problem with the data I pull off from Open Site Explorer. Settings to crawl entire site
Not sure what happened but I started a third campaign yesterday and only 1 pages was crawled, The other two campaigns has 472 and 10K respectively. What is the proper setting to choose in the beginning of campaign setup to have the entire site crawled. Not sure what I did different and I must be reading the instructions incorrectly. Thanks, Don

A suggestion to help with linkscape crawling and data processing
Since you guys are understandably struggling with crawling and processing the sheer number of URLs and links, I came up with this idea: In a similar way to how SETI@Home (is that still a thing? Google says yes: http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/) works, could SEOmoz use distributed computing amongst SEO moz users to help with the data processing? Would people be happy to offer up their idle processor time and (optionally) internet connections to get more accurate, broader data? Are there enough users of the data to make distributed computing worthwhile? Perhaps those who crunched the most data each month could receive moz points or a free month of Pro. I have submitted this as a suggestion here:

Campaign Not Crawling
I set up my first 5 campaigns and one is not crawling beyond one-page. It's been over 48 hours. This site has nearly 3.500 pages the others much less, however, this shouldn't make any difference. I searched for the problem and couldn't find it so I hope this question isn't redundant. Comments and advice would be appreciated.

How accurate is Open Site Explorer?
I noticed for one of my sites, a large number of links do not show up in Open Site Explorer, including some of my stronger links. That being the case, how much weight can I put on using these tools to compare sites? I'm not trying to bash here, I really like the tools but if my PA is 29 and my competition is 34, how much weight can I put on these numbers? Or if it says my site has 50 links from 25 domains and my competition has 60 links from 30 domains, these numbers obviously aren't very accurate? So how much weight can I put on these comparisons? Are there better tools?
