Comprehensive Keyword Research Report?
-
I'd like to provide a keyword research report to a client, that includes all of the keywords we're targeting, organized nicely along with relevant data for each (keyword difficulty, search volume, etc.). Is there a way to do this other than running an individual report for each keyword? I'd like to avoid sending them a 50 page document showing all of the keyword research
Thanks for any help!

I have not used market samurai before. If you are looking for keyword tools besides External, try SEOBook.com's keyword tool.

Thanks very much, this is helpful. I've seen keyword research reports before that had a very graphical format, clearly generated from software and not excel. Possibly market samurai?

Google Keyword External allows you to export a CSV of the keywords your are targeting, keyword difficulty & monthly search volume (local & global). You will need to be logged in to your adwords account to get keyword difficulty/competition and to query more than 100 keywords at once though. I allows like to provide a spreadsheet broken into 3 tabs with high, medium and low for client's to easily digest. I would also suggest including approximate CPC so your client can understand what it would cost to buy that traffic.

Brand Name Keyword Stuffing
I'm targeting Roho Cushions and the category page has many products starting with Roho underneath it. I know the keyword "Roho" shows up at least 70 times. I'm not targeting the keyword Roho, but could this negatively effect the rest of my keywords that start with Roho, such as "Roho Wheelchair Cushions"?

Singular and Plural Noun Keywords
Hi everyone Extremely love this community, learning a lot day by day! I am currently in the process of writing a blog post and say for example I am targetting the keyword 'apple' and 'apples'. My current word count of the article is 850 words and I have used 'Apple' 15 times and 'Apples' 26 times. 1 .Is my Keyword density too high and will Google look at this as keyword stuffing? 2. Do I have to target each Singular and Plural keyword individually? Or will targetting 'Apple' will also automatically target 'Apples' for me and vice versa? Thanks in advance!

What makes a highly competitive keyword anyway?
Hello guys, so I'm still wet behind the ears and am currently reading SEO an Hour a Day, as well as going through the Moz tutorial. But I do have a question that's been confusing me a bit. I've been doing keyword research here and there and I will get a "Highly Competitive" keyword (61%) at times. So then I try to go through each of the top 10 pages to see the anchors that they've used and how many backlinks there are to that page. A lot of the times the page with have 0 backlinks and a very low page authority (like 1) but it will still rank in 2, or 3. So what exactly makes it competitive? I know I must be missing something super simple here! Maybe I'm not accurately assessing the anchor/backlinks to that specific keyword. I use backlinkwatch, opensite explorer and the keyword difficulty report. Thanks guys!

How do I know I have chosen the right keywords?
Hey everyone, I have been working in business dev for just over 3 years in seo/sem. Needless to say I was hooked right away and I think I am finally ready to start something on my own. I have started some work for a client who does not want to spend lot of money(what else is new). They manufacture watches and handbags and have over 2 hundred retailers across Canada. They currently have no online presence with with the site they have now.On top of that they have decided they want to start selling their products online. Also they want to target retailers as well as the general public. So I started thinking how can I use keyword phrase that would attract both retailers and end users I thought a good keyword phrase "buy stylish cheap watches and handbags online in Canada" that has a lot of opportunity because it has several keywords in the phrase, and can be broken down to target several 3 word key phrases. I have checked out Google's Keyword Suggest as well as WordTracker, and found that the phrase as a whole has very little traffic value. However there is tons of traffic when broken up.An example would be. Buy stylish watches online, buy affordable watches online and so on and so on. How do I know If I have chosen the right keywords if my client doesn't have the funds to test them all using PPC? This is my first client and I really don't want to mess this up.They are really good people and I would like to do right by them. Can anyone give me some advice. Great know my keyboard wont let me put in a question mark lol, thankfully its the weekend.
