Need assistance with tool development using SEOMoz & Google APIs

I don't know where the right place to ask this is, but I work for an SEO agency, and we are looking for someone to help us with development of some tools utilizing the SEOMoz API and probably the Google API as well.
Does anyone know where I could find a person with some previous experience with development using these APIs? We've had poor luck just trying to use a developer without specific experience in this area or at least some SEO knowledge.
If you're a developer and would like to talk with us, you can contact me directly if you prefer, rather than post your contact info publicly, but I welcome any helpful thoughts or ideas regarding development of SEO tools.

Shoot me a message directly and maybe we can figure something out that is beneficial to both our companies. We do extensive work both with the SEOMoz API and Google API (I assume you mean Google Analytics, but we have also worked with several of their other API options as well).

Why has my MozTrust & DA dropped
Hi The company i work for are in the middle of relaunching our product, so during this time we have not been generating much traffic to the site. We are still getting about 800 SEO visits a month, however, as we aren't doing email marketing our site traffic overall has dropped. I have noticed that since October or MozTrust and Domain Authority seems to be dropping. Our DA was at 18 then in the space of a few weeks has dropped to 10. Our Moztrust was at about 3 and now is at 0. Our links to the site seems to be disappearing to according to Moz, however other back linking website are saying they are still there. Could someone maybe shed some light on what i may have done wrong to lose these two things and so quickly. This all happened mid to late October. During the Hummingbird release we were fine! We have also just updated out website with lots of new content. In fact increased it 4x. There are great internal links throughout the site. Thank you

SEOmoz Not Picking Up Links
I'm finding that SEOmoz often doesn't pick up on many of the links my client's websites are attaining. The links do appear in search engine and often have a high domain authority (often PR links, which I why I follow up to see if they've been picked up). I do tend to see many of the links appear in webmaster tools, so it's a little frustrating that they don't appear, even after months of pages being live. Thoughts?

Are the SEOMoz queries banned by Google?
Hi: In our company, we have notified that Google is banning our IP due to massive queries under the same IP. It is caused mainly by local softwares installed in PCs or some plugins of Firefox. We think that SEOmoz don´t causes this due to its tool uses its own IP and servers, not ours. We would like your opinion about this. Thank you,

I'm sorry for this very basic question. The reason why I'm asking is that I wan't to start to use SEOmoz API (and later on Majestic SEO etc.) I have search on the web about API in general, SEOmoz specifically, in Q&A and asked around but:

I really can't get my head around what "set of skills" I need to know to be able use the SEOmoz API? And other APIs for that reason. Do I need a programming skills, or just knowledge how each specific API works(+ common sense)? Or both? SEOmoz tools: Keyword Difficuty + On-page Analysis
To analyse the current KWD situation. I would want to see the top 10 results link metrics (as in Keyword Difficulty & SERP Analysis) and each page's On page score (as in On-page Analysis) for the keyword. Those two figures would give me a pretty good picture of the current situation. Kind regards,

SEOmoz Rank tracking
I think this tool is a bit off : ) This morning I checked my ranking for a keyword and every time I recheck it I see my results in a different place. I checked on word 5 times and got three different results. Is Google brocken or is the tracker doing its own thing? This is not the first time I am seeing this issue only today its really acting up. IMHO I think it would be best if the tool just says out of order 🙂 rather than 3, 10, 6 for one keyword phrase within ten minutes...
