What are good paid white hat link building opporunties?

What are some good sites that offer white hat link building opportunies for the Hospitality vertical?
I like the guest blogger option but dont know what site(s) are the best options?

Sponsorship & donator opportunities are the best.
Find relevant college clubs and ask if you could sponsor them in exchange for a link; I.e. throw $100 there way.
Also, look for donations pages in your niche, and before donating, make sure you can get a link. Even if there aren't any links on the donators page, ask them anyways if they would give you a link in exchange for a donation.
You can get really creative with this. Just find any organization that's relevant and wants support, then start asking away.

For free guest blogging I would suggest:
Everyone I know who posts there absolutely loves the community and service, including myself. It's a good place to get a few high quality links, but also to connect with some other webmasters who also work in your niche. These contacts can lead to a lot more link opportunities.

Anyone Willing or Able to Help Out For A Good Cause? Trying to help a very pleasant women and her son who have recently fallen on hard times
Hi all, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. If you are interested in helping out, feel free to direct message me for more information. Earlier this week I received a call from a very pleasant women named Martha. Her son owns a small site dedicated to his work as a pianist (can see the site here). They are having issues gaining traction in Google, they are not tech/search savvy and are looking for SEO help. They really do not have much to spend so partnering with an agency or hiring an SEO is not really an option. The part that is eating me up is the fact that Martha recently lost her husband and that left both of them in a very tough spot emotionally and financially. They are trying to build up visibility for the site with the hopes of finding more work for her son to help support them. Frankly, the site needs a good amount of work. It is a small one-page squarespace website. New pages need to be created, the site needs to be optimized and backlinks need to be acquired. If anyone is willing or able to help, please let me know. I am trying to help them where I can (guidance for how to optimize, they provided me the squarespace login so I may start going in and making changes for them) but unfortunately I do not have the time to give this project the attention that it deserves. Even if it is something as small as throwing a link their way, it would be very much appreciated. It doesn't have to be SEO specific either, if you can help them on social I'm sure that would be appreciated as well. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to read this. If you are interested in helping or just learning more, feel free to message me. Thank you!

Commentluv enabled blogs for inbound links?
Question 1: What is the general consensus on gaining links through blog comments on blogs with CommentLuv enabled? Backstory: I was studying our competitor's links and tripped upon something I haven't seen before. There were a number of blog comments created in 2011 by an individual who was probably an SEO hired at least partially for the purpose of making blog comments to gain inbound links for the competitor. I haven't dug deeply enough to find if there are any more recent than 2011. The interesting part was the name/link of the company for this individual which was not the company's actual name but a URL crafted from a main keyword. It obviously has a redirect to the actual competitor's website which is where the link took me AND a link to this individual's "most recent blog post". This blog post on the company site was written by someone else entirely. Question 2: Clearly some manipulation to build links- would these links be considered unnatural? Question 3: Would it be smart for me to find blogs with CommentLuv to gain links to my blog?

Ideas for Building Bootstrap-Funded Project Guerrilla Style
It's on a very bootstrapped budget right now, but I will be trying to build awareness, build a following, and ultimately, increase sales. Can anyone help with successful grassroots campaigns where dollars for search or display ads and fresh blog content were at a minimum? The client has spent too much on product development, PR, web design, etc thus far, so I'm going to need to get some viral traction first in order to convince them to re-invest. Below is my strategy:

Building Site Authority vs. Link Building
Hi,
Branding | | rayvensoft
I just watched the recent Whiteboard Friday, and I have one question. He talks a lot about "Building Site Authority". Is that just Link Building, or is it something else? If it is Link Building, does that mean that exchanging (3 way, or non-reciprocal) links with other "relevant" and good sites still works, as long as you use your brand name and/or url in the anchor text? Or did I misunderstand. Is "Building Site Authority" something entirely different from Link Building? Sorry if it is a basic question, I just want to make sure I understand the difference if there is one. Thanks in advance!0 -
