Why does it take so long for SeoMoz to update data?

I changed the Anchor Text of 4 40/100 MozRank sites 2 months ago, yet SeoMoz still shows the old Anchor text in the reports.
Why is this taking so long?
I also notice my inbound domains hasn't increased nor has my MozRank in 3-4 weeks.
What's the turnaround?

Hello, Do the SEOmoz Campaign Reports (that track errors and warnings for a website) follow rules I write in the robots.txt file? I've done all that I can to fix the legitimate errors with my website, as reported by the fabulous SEOmoz tools. I want to clean up my pages indexed with the search engines so I've written a few rules to exclude content from Wordpress tag URLs for instance. Will my campaign report errors and warnings also drop as a result of this?

SEOmoz Campaign Setup: What would you do?
I've been using moz for nearly a year now. Initially when I set up our site (rac.com.au) it was as a single campaign for the rac.com.au domain. However, our business has a number of different product offerings and marketing teams (Insurance, finance, travel/tourism, automotive, security etc) - would I be better off setting each of these 'sub' brands as a campaign on their own using the 'folder' campaign setup? For example, have a campaign setup for the Insurance business (rac.com.au/insurance) folder, Finance business (rac.com.au/finance) and so forth? The advantage I see to the folder campaign setup is more specific reporting for each of the business units. Are there disadvantages to this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. How often does SEOMoz refresh their link analysis data?
I know that my link profile has changed within the last month, yet both SEOMoz campaign link analysis and Open Site Explorer have shown the exact same number of links for more than a month. Majestic SEO fluctuates as I would expect, but Moz data is unchanged.

Website traffic data miles behind
Just logged into one of my profiles to review my traffic data and the last traffic is for 9th Jan. Given it is now 22 this is far far from acceptable. Given the high monthly fee charged by this service why is the traffic data so far behind. If other services (cheaper services) can update their traffic data daily or even weekly why should I continue to use SEOMOZ. The rankings, errors etc are all updated for the 21st of Jan so why not the traffic. Your's An unhappy custimer
