How many words in the same page creates keyword stuffing?

In the on page report indicates that the maximum is 15. What are the best? It includes keywords on title, description and images names?

The problem with "myths" like keyword count/density is that they were probably true once. In the last 90s (pre-Google), if you knew the exact density of keywords to use on any given day, you'd rank pretty well on the early search engines. It was a cat-and-mouse game. Things have changed a lot since then, though.

I don't there's a set number or even set density these days - we just try to set some rules of thumb. In some contexts, you could have a keyword 20 times and it could look natural. In others, 10 might look odd.
Typically, I think certain tags, like TITLE, may be looked at in isolation. Even 2-3 repetitions in a TITLE tag can look spammy, especially to users. It's rare that would get you in trouble with Google (they'd need to see a pattern across the site, IMO), but the extra repetitions don't usually have any value, and may actually decrease the ranking value of other, unique keywords.
In general, focus on variations and natural language. Don't get hung up on word counts.

I think there's an expert opinion in regards to a numerical quantity, but Google defines a searchable page as something that receives a lot of inbound links (and you can make the landing page have a lot of long-tail keywords that don't duplicate the original keyword as much).
If it starts reading like a content farm, I'd re-think the purpose and aim of the page.
Google also ranks based on natural language, so if it reads quirky to you, it also might cost you some search bucks. Try to write as plainly as possible, and keep the page theme-oriented. Making the pages sticky, content-fresh and keyword rich would be my aim.
Going out on a limb and throwing a number out: I'd say you can go as high as 30-40 if you have long-tail words, you use the words in different but spatially similar context, and definitely not duplicate any content from other landing pages.
Try some multi-variate testing with different saturation levels

New pages not ranking
I published some new landing pages about a month a go which are much better quality than previous pages and on an optimised URL. The old pages never ranked and the new pages aren't ranking either although they are much better. The old pages 301 redirect to the new pages. Any quick ways I can at least get them ranking? Not expecting Page 1 overnight but to at least see the new pages on Page 5 would be great!

Question spam malware causing many indexed pages
Hey Mozzers, I was speaking with a friend today about a site that he has been working on that was infected when he began working on it. Here (https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=site:themeliorist.ca) you can see that the site has 4400 indexed pages, but if you scroll down you will see some pages such as /pfizer-viagra-samples/ or /dapoxetine-kentucky/. All of these pages are returning 404 errors, and I ran it through SEO spider just to see if any of these pages would show up, and they don't. This is not an issue for a client, but I am just curious why these pages are still hanging around in the index. Maybe others have experience this issue too. Cheers,

DAs dropped for many pages?
I recently noticed that the domain authorities dropped by 5 or 6 points for us and for our competitors. And for many other pages that I check regularly. Was the algorithm changed or is it just me?

Different Header on Home Page vs Sub pages
Hello, I am an SEO/PPC manager for a company that does a medical detox. You can see the site in question here: http://opiates.com. My question is, I've never heard of it specifically being a problem to have a different header on the home page of the site than on the subpages, but I rarely see it either. Most sites, if i'm not mistaken, use a consistent header across most of the site. However, a person i'm working for now said that she has had other SEO's look at the site (above) and they always say that it is a big SEO problem to have a different header on the homepage than on the subpages. Any thoughts on this subject? I've never heard of this before. Thanks, Jesse

Why does our business directions page rank above business profile page
Hi All, We are having an issue at the moment where our business direction page is ranking above the main business profile page. Our website is zodio.com, similar to Yelp but for South East Asia. An example of each page is below: Business Profile Page - http://www.zodio.com/business/detail/126037914/chowking Business Directions - http://www.zodio.com/business/direction/126037914 On many of our long tail searches for particular businesses, the business directions rank above the business details. Does anyone have any idea of why this would happen? I have researched Yelp and they do not have this issue. A few search examples in Google are as follows (one is in Thai): agonos dental clinic เวิลด์ชาร์มมิ่ง kawanku elektrik I have been rattling my brain and search for answers but cannot find anything. Bolding Keywords
A client has just switched from us to another provider and I have been checking up on the work done and the only change they have made is to bold lots of keywords on each page - I thought this was a practice that did not work - is there any evidence of this working or not working? Any articles/proof that we are not using out dated practices as we stopped doing this ages ago and yet the new provider is doing this. Who is right or wrong?

Will Google Visit Non-Canonicalized Page Again and Return Its Page's Original Ranking?
I have 2 questions about canonicalization. 1. Will Google ever visit Page A again if after it has been canonicalized to Page B? 2. If Google will still visit Page A and found that it is not canonicalizing to Page B already, will the original rankings and traffic of Page A returned to the way before it's canonicalized? Thanks.
