Because a domain appears twice in the organic?

Good Day staff
I have a small doubt ....
I'm from Brazil, I have a client who is www.tiffanybrasil.com.br and the key word it is -> "cadeiras tiffany" or "cadeira tiffany" are coming in 3rd in the organic.
Only the domain www.cadeirastiffany.com.br is appearing in the 1st and 2nd Place.
Question 1: Why is that? appearing in the 1st and 2nd Place.
Question 2: It shall be possible to pass an absolute domain?
-
I'm guessing that because they have an exact match domain, where CadeirasTiffany.com.br matches the search term "cadeiras tiffany" exactly, Google is showing additional results for their site because it appears to be especially relevant.
You can definitely still beat them, but since they have a slight advantage you'll have to do a good job with both on-site optimization as well as building more quality links than they have.

Subdomain with higher domain authority vs. ccTLD with lower domain authority
Our website is active in many countries and we are considering if it is worth it to switch from ccTLD to subdomains. The reason is that our company.com domain has a domain authority of 65 and some of the ccTLD's like company.fr and company.de etc have a domain authority of 30. From what I have read, moving these to a subdomain structure like fr.company.com and de.company.com will give them all the same domain authority (of 65 vs 30) which is considerably higher. 1. Would a subdomain with domain authority 65 rank better than a ccTLD with authority 30 (considering all else is the same)? 2. When we 301 redirect all ccTLD's to the subdomains, will our domain authority increase (to more than 65) for company.com, given that it can benefit from all redirected links to our ccTLD's? Thanks in advance!

Disavow domain ignored
Hi We did a domain disavow some months ago and webmaster tools told us those links were not pointing at us anymore. But suddenly the same domain has appeared again in our external links list according to webmaster tools. Our disavow document still contains that same domain as a disavowed domain, so we don't understand why is still being taken into account. Thanks

What is Followed Linking Root Domains ?
Is it to just have different URLs pointing to my site? I understand that if 1 site posts 5 of my URLs, it only counts as 1. I am just not understanding how I increase this number if link building is now frowned up. Thoughts?

Multiple domains on same IP address, same niche but different locations.
I have a reseller web hosting account. I have more than 30 domains hosted on this account, and I have only one IP address. The websites are exactly similar in terms of niche but different locations, for example plumberlondon.co.uk

plumbermanchester.co.uk I am using almost same link building method. My question is, is it safe enough to be not penalised by Google? Would appreciate your opinions. Thanks0 -
Domain buyouts and 301 redirects
Hi, I'm looking to buy a number of already established website domains with back links and 301 direct this to my main website. The sites are very similar and all sell the same thing. Does anyone know how much link value will be past on from doing this? And, is this something that Google looks out for? Also, if you have experience of this, how did it work out? Thanks

Link Building strategy between domains I own?
I am in the somewhat unique position of owning and administering around 300 websites that each have their own unique domain names. We have a corporate website and then many individual websites for hospitals and nursing centers that we operate. My question is how would you recommend using these sites to build good incoming links between all the sites? Should I take every opportunity to find as many places to link from each site to all the other sites that are owned? Is there anything I should avoid that Google would penalize me for or discount the links all together? Sorry this is a such as long question... but wasn't sure where to start. Thanks!
