Is anybody else having problems with Open Site Explorer downloads

I've been trying to get a CSV for linking domains for two days now and still have nothing. It got to the "Finalizing" status within a few hours and stayed that way for about 24 hours, and now it's back to the beginning of a "pending" status.

Sorry about the delay. We added a new pipeline to make reports collate faster. Unfortunately while we were adding it there was a back up. All the reports should be pushed through very soon (if not already). Thanks for your patience and time.

We have had a known issue with the CSV export that we're working on resolving. I'll have the help desk chime in here when they get in in the morning. So sorry about the troubles!

I had the same issue. My solution was to request the report, and leave the browser open on the page - if I went to another tab or even used any other program, the report quit on me.
Here I thought I was the only one experiencing this!

Working with Open Site Explorer
Hi everyone, I'm new to keyword analysis, and am in the process of consuming a lot of SEOmoz articles and resources on the subject. I wanted to see if I'm correct in my analysis of two compared sites, and hope you can shed some light on the matter. I've been to the Google Keyword Tool and looked for my informational keywords for the project I'm working on, since the user intent is all about information. A not-so-great keyword phrase I've found with 12,100 local monthly searches is: "programa de inglês" (english programme) I'm just using this as a quick example. I have performed a Google search query for the above phrase from google.com.br (Brazil), and I'm comparing the #2 and #4 results from the 1st page of the SERPs which are: #2) www.programa-ingles.net and #4) http://www.baixaki.com.br/categorias/educacao-e-diversao.htm. What's confusing me is that in Open Site Explorer, the #4 result gets a much higher page authority compared to the #2 result, and beats #2 on every category except for internal–external link ratio and all the social categories. Here's an image attached of the comparison. Is it the fact that the external links of #2 account for 100% of the links pointing to it, or that the #2 position beats (rather pitifully) #5 on social sharing, or is it something that I've not stumbled across yet? What is the correlation between the SEOMOZ PR number and where my site is showing up in an organic search?
For years, our company placed 3 or 4 in an organic search on Google for the keyword I am inquiring about. A couple of months ago, we went down to number 15. I then subscribed to SEOMOZ and began a concerted effort to improve our ranking for this keyword. Slowly, our listing came up higher in searches and on our reports- back onto the first page #8. Our weekly SEOMOZ reports reflected this improvement, but then it dropped down again to page 2, #11. My most recent report, this week, gave us a PR 8 for this keyword, but our listing is showing upon page 2, #11. I do have my personal search and browser history disabled. I am unclear as to why there is this discrepancy.

Why won't scheduled crawl of my site begin?
I currently have a campaign running on SEOMoz for over a month. It has been showing that a crawl was scheduled to start on 12/21. Now it's 12/23 and there has not been a new crawl, and it still says scheduled for 12/21.. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks

How to fix problem with google analytics connection?
In the Organic Traffic Data Report I receive always the same message: "It appears there's a problem with our connection to your Google Analytics account. Please go to your Settings page to update your connection." In the settings I've choosen the correct Google Analytics Account with the correct profile. Thanks for any hints. Is it because using www. in the GA Profil but *.xyz.ch without www in the campaigns settings?

Open Site Explorer missing links
Hi, When the update of Open Site Explorer was released I noticed that the new version was missing a huge amount of links that the old version previously found. This still seems to be the case and it's pretty frustrating as we use the tool for our clients. Is this something that everybody is seeing and if so SEOMoz when do you think you'll have a solution?
