Heres another, I'm pretty sure i heard of a company in the UK (might have been US) that recycles shipping containers and uses them as pre-fabricated building blocks.
ooo...I found something similar on wiki..

Keri,
Love it, I can see you are really getting into this container thing! Seriously, some really good ideas there..I actually cam across a guy on youtube who had made an underground bunker out of a used shipping container and got 1.3 million views and a ton of media coverage!
Good luck with the move!

Sofia,
What about some content related to unusual uses for cargo containers?
Another idea might be using a cargo container for a personal/business move. If you were in the US, we'd be wanting to talk to you right now! My husband and I are moving from California to Seattle, and he's interested in seeing if we can get a used cargo container, load our stuff into it, then have it dropped off in a driveway or a side yard of a place in Seattle. Some content around that would be interesting, and with how it differs from a regular move (such as needing to worry about the container being titled to put it on the truck), etc.

Hi Aran, it's certainly on the list.
Great to see you are making progress with the hangers, I have the same kind of challenges with containers

Have you done any social sharing of the website?
Getting your followers to RT links and the like is another great way to get noticed.

Thanks!
the domain is http://containerforsale.co.uk ,My host told me to look in the Public HTML file folder for the robots.txt file and just delete it but can't see it in there?
Google webmaster tools is saying there the sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt. (all 7 of them)
This is the display I get from http://containerforsale.co.uk/robots.txt
User-agent *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/ -
We can have a look together. But I need to see the robots.txt in order to have the chance to resolve the problem.

Hi istvan,
Thanks, I submitted the sitemap but got some robot.txt warnings so not sure if it is going to go through ok. I have already removed the robots.txt file so wondering is Google is just slow in picking that up. Guess I will know for sure when/if the site gets indexed.

Hi Sofia,
It depends on a lot of things. I have seen new websites being indexed in 24 hours, but I have seen others which needed almost a week.
If you have Google Webmaster tools, submit your sitemap, Fetch as Googlebot (basically submit to index ). Those steps can speed up things a littlebit.
I hope that helped,
Istvan

Question on site structure
My client is a nationwide company. They provide building maintenance services in 7 different cities. In each city they provide a different range of services. They currently have a single service page for each service and no mention on that page of the cities they offer the service. The service pages are getting no SERP visibility. We are running Paid Search and recommending SEO. I'm wondering whether it would be beneficial to build out specific service pages for each city so the content is more relevant to both users and search engines. What is best practice in this situation? Client wants to dominate SERPs in each market for the services they offer.

Best site structure for us?
Hey guys, I have a somewhat silly question that I probably know the answer to - but would still like to hear your POV's. We're a WP theme making company but we also build other stuff. Context: 1. All demos for themes currently go under domain.com/Theme_A/ The demo is lorem ipsum so is marked noindex nofollow. That being said we get rocking analytics data usually (not sure if it's still valuable for G after the noindex). 2. Currently we need landing pages for themes and we're running them under domain.com/Theme_A/optimized-landing-page-title.php dofollow and indexed ofc. My question is...Would we be better off to include all landing pages under a domain.com/wordpress-themes/ category/tax and then go for the optimized-landing-page-title.php page? Does it make any difference either or? Right now we're not REALLY running them on subdomains (though the structure seems like it), they're just folders. We're thinking that more seo juice would flow through the different pages if we have them all under the same category, rather than basically starting from scratch each time under a new folder. Right? Thanks!!!

Google rankings
I have encountered a serious problem with google rankings and the sequence of events goes like this for a high volume phrase. I make changes to the page which gets a score of 98 in Moz and equally good scores in other tools. I resubmit the page to Google for searching via crawl in google webmasters. After about 1/2 to 1 day, the page will be ranked between 30 and 50. Within another 1/2 to 1 day, the ranking goes completely away. This page has much higher scores than pages that are ranked. Other phrases continue to rank OK.

Moving Site from HTTP to HTTPS
Hi, So the news is that Google has started giving more importance to sites with HTTPS i.e. it is now a new ranking signal. It says that as of now it affects fewer than 1% of global queries, and carrying less weight than other signals such as high quality content but it may decide to strengthen it as they would like to encourage all website owners to switch from HTTP to HTTPS to keep everyone safe on the web. In that case, what should we do? Switching from http:// to https:// means change in urls and low traffic. How to cope with it? Do we have to implement 'n' number of redirects? Regards,

Does anyone know of an api for on site SEO?
I have searched for one, but really cannot find one that fits my needs. I am looking at making an on site grader / service that will check pages and point out SEO problems. One that I have found that I like is seorch.eu but they do not have an api. I do not want to reinvent the wheel if I do not have to. Also, the api does not have to be free, or it does not even have to be an api, it can be a self hosted application too.

Does anyone know an "updated" all in one cheat cheat for on page SEO
howdy guys, after panda, and penguin, i wanted to know if anyone has any good references for a cheat sheet that has ALL the on page SEO factors like title tag, image tags, H1-H6, etc, the basics, but since the zoo got loose I dont know if things have changed for on page SEO. For example what is the optimal KW density we should be using etc. i found this list : http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/internet/google-ranking-factors.htm but it seems to be a bit outdated, if someone can share something similar to this list but something more recent, like a few weeks old, i think that would help the community out a great bunch! thanks guys

Title Tag To Long
In the initial review of my site, I have 38 warnings of title tags to long. It also says these warnings are often penalized by search engines. In Google webmaster tools, It says I have no problems with long title tags. So am I getting penalized and do I need to shorten them? I would already have shortened them but in the past, everytime I have changed my title tag I have been penalized by the search engines. I usually get my rankings back but it can take up to a month and a half to get back to where I was.
