Can someone explain to me why OSE shows two different numbers for Linking Root Domains in the header and in the results area?

271 in the header, 500 plus in the results section. I just want an accurate number to chart my progress from here on out.
Majestic numbers seem inflated too much. Google Webmaster Tools too.

How do I see full information for the entire domain? Is running the CSV the quickest way?

Great Question- the number you are seeing up top is for just the domain page drpower.com while the information below is for the entire root of that site meaning drpower.com and all of its extensions and subfolders. I hope this answers your question. Have an incredible week

No internal links showing up in OpenSiteExplorer report
Hi there A simple one. I was just looking at our site in opensiteexplorer and notice that it says we have no internal links at all: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s244/sh/dd8cc88f-fee4-4ba2-8ec0-f3f8d5c408db/8d3fc3d2aa6fc9d5406051bc91731402 Rather odd as we do. Campaign set-up: root domain vs. subdomain
Hi, I have a question about the proper way to set up a new SEOmoz campaign for a simple 5-page website (home, about, services, blog, contact). If I'm tracking only www.domain.com, does it make a difference if I set it up to track just that subdomain or should I track it at the root domain? Is it better to use the root domain? Are there pros or cons to using one over the other? If the website is expanded in the future, any future pages will most likely be on the same subdomain (e.g., www.domain.com/page). Can I exclude a sub-domain from SEOMoz campaigns?
We have recently implemented a white label site that is on a sub-domain. The site employs noindex on most of the pages I imagine due to duplicate content concerns on other white label versions of the site. It has led to a spike of over 14 thousand notices on our report. Is there a way to exclude a sub-domain from the SEOMoz scans and reports?

Discrepancies in link reports from SEOMoz and OSE
Hello, I am trying to understand the link profile of my site. In the competitive analysis from SEOMoz, it shows 22K+ of links, with about 900+ being external followed links and 800+ internal. Webmaster tools shows a similar number of external followed links, but the link report from OSE only shows about 150 external followed links. This brings up several questions: Where is this 22K total links coming from? Why is there such a difference in the SEOMoz competitive analysis and the OSE report? Why does the OSE report show some links as not followed, while Webmaster tools lists them as followed? Am new to the off-page aspects of SEO, and I have to say the discrepancy in data from different tools is by far the most challenging thing for me. Would welcome general advice on this topic as well. How do I change domain settings for a campaign?
So I set it up one of my Moz campaigns as domain.com Rogerbot only hits 1 page. I am thinking I should change it to www.domain.com, but I cannot seem to find how to do this. Thoughts?

Is canonical link enough?
Hi SEOmozers! I have a question. SEOmoz analysis report me some duplicate that I thought I had fix. I can give a concrete example. This page: http://www.nuxeo.com/en/about/events/dec2011training-boston/moreinfo is reported as having 6 duplicated URL in the tool. When I click on 6, SEOMOZ tells me "Our crawl bots are getting their joints greased to fetch you even better data. Sorry for the delay!" And on the page itself, I placed a canonical link to follow recommandation. rel="canonical" href="http://www.nuxeo.com/en/about/events/apr2012training-boston" /> As a result I am curious why I would have this reported as duplicate by SEOmoz. Is this a bug? Thanks for feedback!
