CSV reports in SEOmoz
-
Hello,
I would like to export the reports from SEOmoz to an Excel sheet. However when I downoad the report and open it, all the information is random and is hard to work on it. Since Im not an excel expert, I have to ask if there is an Excel sheet ready to receive the SEOmoz reports.
Tks for the help,
Regards,
PP

Hi Pedro,
Were you able to get things working if you manually instructed Excel to use a comma as a delimiter?
-
The file from SEOmoz appears like the image I attached in here.
Any ideia how to fix this?
Tks!

I'm not sure what problem you're having exactly as Excel is usually compatible with CSV files and I've had no problem with downloaded reports from SEOmoz.
It sounds like you may be having an issue with the delimiter but I can't say for sure without seeing exactly what you're talking about. You can find a guide about how to import a delimited file in Excel here:

Hope that helps.

How to make a Crawl Report readable?
Hi! I am trying to find out how I make my CSV report neat, so I can interprete the report. I know have a CSV report with just numbers and text all in one column. I tried the button text to columns but that doesn't work because when I do that at column A it overwrites column B in which I have the same problem! Thanks

Difference between SEOmoz Pro and Mozscape API
Hi, I probably put this question in a wrong category, so I'd like to ask again. I am new in SEOmoz and writing this from Japan.

I have couple of questions and really appriciate if you can help me to understand SEOmoz. better. First of all, what is the difference between SEOmoz Pro and Mozscape API? I signed up for 30days free trial and now continue being $99 PROmember.
Is that correct that rate limit is one request every 2 seconds with PRO? and also want to know about free API that I found after signed up for PRO.
Is there any restrictions on free API except for rate limit is one request every 10 seconds? The main reason I signed up for SEOmoz was to use the API link metrics, and because of the language I got really confused now.0 -
SEO Moz Rank Report
Anyone else noticing the rank reporting seems to be off? My reports are showing "not in top 50" for some keywords that my site is on page one for. Not in places listings either because I know that can throw things off! Anyone?

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. For more information on what caused the issue, how it's been resolved and any other updates on the issue, follow the thread here: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20836338-custom-reports-issues-resolved. We'll add any updates there. Also, we'd like to have all comments/questions from members in one place, so please use the Zendesk link for comments. We really appreciate your patience while we work through this. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at help@seomoz.org - we're always happy to help. Sincerely, Jen Lopez
