Got a warning from Google but rankings still ok.. what to expect?

Yesterday I got THE warning from Google:
"Dear site owner or webmaster of http://..., We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines. "
It seems all my rankings are intact though. Some keywords got higher rankings, other dropped a little bit (-1, -2) but nothing unusual.
My question is, since I got this warning, should I expect some sort of penalty soon?
I see other webmasters who got their websites de-indexed after getting this warning so I'm quite concerned.

I think you should probably figure out what's setting off the red flags and fix it. They like to give warnings first if it's not a huge issues.. but they could drop the hammer on you at any time.

i am searching for page ranks but all results show pr 0 when i search, doesnt matter if the site is a pr ma or a pr10, i was using scrapebox to find the backlinks but now nothing is showing as far as pr goes, i have also used various websites to check the page ranks and still get the same results. maybe its my ip but i doubt it cus i am using private proxies. any idea guys? cRbWC65

Blog commenting still ok for 2013?
im trying to rank for some keywords but more importantly increase my Domain Authority its only a 15 and my Page Authority is 28 I need to increase those what would be a good way to start doing that. Ranking question
I have a question about the organic listing vs local listings my website ranks 1st for the local listings but I'm worried that since there's a site that is over the local the local listings im loosing traffic. I have a seo company working on my website. should I create a page my www.website/keyword vs building links to website.com. Links from Google Place to Website
If you have a business with multiple locations, is it better to link you Google Place pages to the home page (IE homepage.com) or directly to one of the location's pages. (IE homepage.com/location) ? Thank you

Google penalizing sites because of press release pages?
Does anyone know of situations i can look up where Google penalized a site because of press release pages (hosted on a non owned major site like prweb or whatever), where the prweb page obtained back links from a group of sites that Google felt was part of a "farm"?
