Frames?

I searched and couldn't find an answer, so I thought to ask. I use Weebly and it's all drag and drop features. Weebly is fine. The frame your are worried about are html iframe tags. An IFrame (Inline Frame) is an HTML document embedded inside another HTML document on a website.
