Disavow Link Tool from Bing Webmaster Tools

Okay - anyone else read about the new tool release from Bing especially the disavow tool? Very cool - id love to hear some chatter on what you guys think!
Here is to hoping Google will follow suit!

It's cool, but it feels like Bing trying to grab a little attention. I doubt they're at a point where they can process link data for a Penguin-style smackdown the way Google can.
I do wish Google would do the same. In spite of the fact that it might lead to some abuse. Right now I could basically run a blackmail scheme against legitimate webmasters by pointing crappy links at their sites, then telling them to pay me $500 to take them down.

Internal Linking
OSE only shows me as having 24 internal links on my home page. My internal links and total links are far less than my competitors, some of whom have 1700 on a single page. My site is www.CenterCityTeam.com and an example of a competitor with far more internal links is www.McCannTeam.com. 1) How do I get that many internal links on a page and 2) do I even want to?

Google Disavow Tool: which kind of links do harm and which do not harm my site?
Recently a guy asked at GoogleWebmasterHelp: Should I be worried if a couple of sites that I don't want to be associated with are linking to me? In this case there have been 2 porn sites linking to his site... that clear.

But my question is if for example sites like e.g. : http://www.linguee.de Linguee is one of the best dictionary sites where you can search for phrases and receive common translation examples which are very helpful. Liguee set some links to my site because they take texts usually from multilingual sites to gather examples.
A dictionary site does not have nothing to do with my business but also I don't consider that this might my harm my site? What do you think?0 -
Disavow Dead Links?
I haven't found a good answer to this yet. I know the whole "disavow" tool is still relatively new but we have a ton of dead links, actually most of the dead links are sites that have 404'd. Is it necessary to disavow these?

Link Analysis shows no external sites linking to me?
Hi All, I hope you can help. Link Analysis shows no external sites linking to me? but I know for a fact there are. Why is this? I have submitted my site to a few local directories and can see my site is on their site but when I run a Link Analysis it shows that I have no links. Does anyone know why this is? Google Webmaster Link drop
Checking Google Webmaster it looks like my links dropped in half? Yet I have been ranking very well the past 2-3 days? Is there any explanation for this? I have been doing Pr's, Blogs, manual link building, and concentrating on the social side of it as well, facebook, twitter, google+ can that have anything to do with better rankings? or is it still considered a minor part? Thanks!

Are the following considered bad links for Link Building.
I've been doing a lot of research lately on link building & I've read a lot about having a diverse amount of links. Social links, Blog links, comment links, footer links, No follow links, Directory links as well as links with Anchor text URL match, brand match, partial brand match, non-descriptive, and with keywords. But there is a lot of talk of removing those links that look like a site that's built just for link building purposes.... but Directories are basically built for link building are they not? I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if they feel links from the following directories would be bad links. Google Webmaster Tools notice of detected unnatural links ...
Hi, We recently got "the message" from Google about unnatural links for two of our 50 sites. Ranking has dropped significantly since, we did not take any action to remove the links. All our 50 sites were managed by the same SEO company but only two got this message. We are in the process of understanding the best ways to deal with this situation, but currently there are two main approaches we can detect: Remove the links, resubmit for reconsideration Ignore the message and do not do anything, if you do something it is actually like admitting you did something wrong, and Google can not prove that you did... Any insights on what approach we should adopt? Thanks in advance.
