Small Title Differences cause duplicate errors

My site titles have 3 features in them. Just 1 varies and I am getting duplicate title errors. I'm thinking of moving the different feature from the 2nd position to the start of the title. Doese anyone think this would help? Any other suggestions for a simple fix?

You may find some benefit to this. The closer to the start of the title tag the keyword is, the more weight is given to it. I would give this a go and review the effect it has on your rankings.
I would also recommend testing this out on one category first, and reviewing the results before applying it sitewide.

SEO Moz crawl has 3 missing page title errors when they are clearly there.
My SEO Moz crawl today has highlighted for errors where page titles are empty missing. For example: http://www.musicliveuk.com/live-acts/hire-wedding-entertainment/wedding-entertainment-kent This page clearly has a title as do the other 3. Is it a bug in the system or am I missing something?

Title not showing in Serps
Sorry if I've posted in the wrong section; in a nutshell my page title for 2x key terms (that I've noticed) is not showing in the Serps for my listing. Instead, the keyphrase I'm searching for shows up, and in one case my site name is appended. Can anyone tell me why this is?
