Buon Giorno from wetherby
Ok a week or so ago i went thhrough the hoops of seeting up a Google+ authorship link with the hope my beautifull & click worthy face would appear in the serps. But after following the following steps:
1. Link from www.davidclick.com to https://plus.google.com/u/0/114149997094688010790Â using rel author e.g.:
[https://plus.google.com/u/0/114149997094688010790](<a href=)" target="_blank">Find me on Google+
2 Link back from Google plus by pointing back to www.davidclick.com in the Google+ contributor section
Nothing has happened ie no picture in my SERP listing, click here for illustration:

Any insights welcome

Is it possible to modify the default social sources in Google Analytics?
In the newest Google Analytics there's a section called 'Social' which tracks traffic from FB, Twitter and other social sites. For some reason it doesn't include Instagram (which is the one that matters to me, though I'm sure there are many others that it doesn't include either.) Is there a way to modify that and add Instagram as a social source?

Fetch for Google
Hi there! A short question from Holland: My developers made a mistake with a template on a subpage in Wordpress. When Google crawled my site again, Google found an empty page. The same day we loosed our #1 position on the main keyword and now we are on position #6. We restored the page the same day and asked Google to recrawl the page again (fetch for Google). But 48 hours later nothing changed. When I look in the cache date' the page still has the old date, while my competition has a newer cache date. We send some traffic to the page and did some facebook post on this page. Does anybody knows how to kickstart this page again?

Google+, Link from My Site to Author's Google+ Page or to Company Google+
Recently I verified authorship for my Website. So the image from my personal Google+ account appears in search results. My website has a Google+ social media button. Should the link point to my corporate Google+ account or to my personal Google+ account? What is more credible from Google's point of view? What are best practices for this issue? Look forward to hearing from the MOZ community. THANKS!!!

How do I build author rank on Google+ ?
I have a website for one of my businesses at www.trustworthycare.com that we've been building upon for many years. Â On that site we have a lot of content and we publish at least two blog articles each week with solid content that is relevant to members of the market that the business wants to attract as customers. I have a second website for a new business at www.ageassistance.com that is in the same market but which operates in a different manner. Â That second business is very new. Â It also publishes two articles per week. Both sites name me as the author and I have created a Google+ page for myself. Â The sites identify me as the author for google+ author purposes. Both businesses also have google+ pages. Â The weekly articles are being pushed out to the respective Google+ business pages as well as to my own Google+ page. I think I've got all the basics established for us to take advantage of google+ for SEO purposes, then. Â Is that correct? If so, what do we do next? Â What matters? Â Getting others to +1 my posts? Â On which Google+ page, mine or the businesses? Â Getting others to share my posts? Â If so, is it better to get them shared from my personal page, or from the businesses' pages? Thanks!
