Open Site Explorer has a link profile for my web page twice.
and
I don't know if I am getting the link juice from the weaker of the two (pensacolarealestate.com). If I am not, I desperately need it. I am ranked 3rd on my SERP which I have always ranked 1st. I need to go back to one asap. Please help me guys
I need as much of an explanation to accomplish my goal as you can muster!Get this solved and I will be a subscriber after my free period (lol).

OK, you are now going to be a subscriber, welcome aboard!
The issue is you do not have a preferred domain set in GWMT. Google sees the sub domain (www) and the domain pensacolarealestate.com as two separate sites. An easy fix.
So, go into Google Webmaster Tools to the dashboard, Click on configuration and you will see settings. Click on settings and you will see Preferred Domain as the middle choice. You need to select which you want as the preferred. So, if your www has the most link juice coming to it, make it preferred or if vice versa, make the other preferred.
As soon as your site is reindexed, it will begin to show as a single site. I would bet that within two months that most of the link juice will be transferred to the chosen domain.

Should I disavow spammy links that are showing in Open Site Explorer but not showing in Google Webmaster Tools?
Howdy Mozzers, After carrying out a backlink audit for a client, Open Site Explorer shows a range of outrageously spammy links for guys wanting a bit of assistance in the bedroom area, and so on. Hopping over to Google Webmaster Tools, there is no reported trace of said spammy links (for either of the www/non-www versions of the site). There are also no manual webspam actions found on the www/non-www Google Webmaster Tools accounts for this website. So my question is: do I carry out a pre-emptive strike and go down the disavow process of requesting removal from the spammy sites, and then submit a disavow request to Google after allowing a suitable period of time for the junky/compromised website to (not) respond? Or do I just leave it alone? Thanks in advance for your wise words of wisdom and pearls of clarity.

Are these links to my site bad?
I am the owner of two diffrent ecommerce sites. Lets call them A and B. Site A is a larg site with ower 5000 pages. In the footer off site A there is a link to site B. Is it bad for site B to get 5000 links (to homepage) from site A? Should i remove these types off links? Thanks for your help!

Do Follow- Social Media sites
Does anyone have a list of do follow social media network sites. I am looking to list some of my customers on social media network sites, but having the bonus of do follow to pass link Juice is an extra bonus. Most of my customers have Twitter and Facebook profiles- but these happen to be no follows. I am looking for more social media sites that are do follow. I did see an article on this- on SEM MOz I believe but I cant find it. Any suggestions?

Links to International Versions of the same site
Hi, our clients' .com site has a link in the header to the .com.au version of their site and vice versa. In effect this creates a reciprocal link on each page. Should we prevent the robots from crawling this link? I don't think a nofollow will suffice.

Linkbuilding to development site
We're creating a new website for a client, and we have already started link building to the pages, including some deep landing pages. Currently the site is blocked from being indexed - we're just concerned that there may be issues when we launch the site as there will be a lot of links pointing towards the pages from day 1. Are we ok to continue link building?
