How do I get our full domain link profile?

With Open Site Explorer I have exported our domain link profile but I only get 65 domains returned when our marketing software reports that we have 315 . . .
I know that some domains point to www.bluelink.ca which redirects to www.bluelinkerp.com. Is Open Site Explorer missing these links?

Hell David, I still miss Yahoo Site Explorer.
It is funny how good some of the tools in Google are and how often we go in search of the holy grail only to return.

Of course! Why do I keep forgetting about Webmaster Tools? I suppose I just think of SEOmoz as my one-stop shop for SEO activity and then start neglecting some other great tools.

OSE will not go as deep as the search engines simply due to the level of power they would need. OSE shows the more relevant links. If you want a good picture of the links to your site you should look in Googlewebmastertools (GWMT). In the dashboard you will see traffic, click and look at links to your site.

Domain authority drop
Hi SEOmoz gurus, The last 2 months I am seeing a drop in the Domain authority for some of my clients. Some of them are old sites. Some are new (less than 6 months old) For the old sites I thought the reason for the drop might be caused by discounting the value of low quality backlinks. But this cannot be the case for the new sites - they have high quality backlinks from newspapers and I can't make any sense of the drop. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Might this be caused by a change in SEOmoz algorithm? Thanks!

Back Link Verification Checker
Working on client issue. Need tool that will verify of the 10k links which are still live or not. Tried http://www.webconfs.com/reciprocal-link-checker.php but its not functional for the volume I dont believe. I basically have a 10k list of links and need to pull out any dead ones. Tips fast please?

One Follow Link from each subdomain/domain best for SEO?
Hi there, we have a lot of customers linking to our homepage from a subdomain of our domain or from an external domain. From SEO point of view is it best that they all only have one DoFollow Link and the rest of the links are NoFollow? Or does this have no matter at all? The problem is that we have like 900.000 links but only from round about 1000 different root domains. If we put like half of the links on NoFollow our ratio of links/ different root domains gets better. Thanks for answering! Sebastian

Page Authority vs Domain Authority
I'm hoping this is a quick and simple question. Sometimes when using the open site explorer or the keyword difficulty tool i find that some pages have a higher "page authority" than the "domain authority." That seemed odd to me, is there a correlation between the two? You would think by default as you grow your page authority the domain authority increases as well? So i guess my question would be, what happens on a page to give it a higher page authority than domain authority?
