My OnPage dosent work, why?

When im trying to use the on-page grade analysis seomoz says that is empty and there is now keywords.. this happens with 3of 5 of my campaigns..

I took a look at your campaigns and I do see that your On-Page reports seems to be working, so I'm afraid I'll need more information to look into the issue. Can you please let me know the keyword and URL combination that you are having issues with? Unsolved Moz crawler not working
Hi Moz crawler keep failing on my site with the error showing : Our crawler was banned by a page on your site, either through your robots.txt, the X-Robots-Tag HTTP header, or the meta robots tag. Link check via open site explorer not working?
Not sure why this is happening but when i run our site though open site explorer it is only coming back with 1 link yet we have at least 10 - 20? our site is https://www.fastlabels.co.uk and i tried without the https:// so www.fastlabels.co.uk Any help would be appreciated.

What works when common ranking factors fail?
I have seen in few instances where the ranking factors doesn't seem to work for competitive keywords. The websites which don't have more than one or two links rank much higher in search results. Any clue what SEOs should do in that scenario?

Is exact match in FWE working right?
When I check the mentions returned by FWE using exact match on a two word phrase, usually only one word is matched. I found this because some of the pages returned as mentions seemed unusual to me. So I started looking through the results and found that the exact match phrase was not on the page returned in many cases. This was the same with AND queries where they were returning results as OR. This is pretty important for brand misspellings where people break the brand name into two words. Am I missing something here?

My tools have stopped working.
I just started my 30 day trial a week ago. Yesterday, the toolbar stopped showing PA or DA, and none of the tools will load for a page. I've tried logging back in several times and it hasn't helped.

Keyword Difficulty Tool on local results. Is this really working?
I've tried the Keyword Difficulty Tool on "consultant seo" in Romania (that is .ro) The tool says that it's Highly Competitive (59%), but I've got my website on #8 in 2 weeks. Question: Is this tool really working for local results? It seems way off... Actually I was kind of expecting for this keyword to be easy, what is confusing is the "59%" from the Keyword Difficulty results. Thanks for the answers!
