Do SEOmoz private questions get answered?

I submitted a question on September 30 and never received a response. I then followed up on October 6 and had an exchange with the support staff, who first told me that the question would be answered and then a couple of days later told me that they had no record of the question. By chance, I had taken a screen shot showing confirmation that the question had been sent (just something I did to remind myself to follow up if I didn't get a response!), which I sent to them along with the question again. That was four days ago, and I've heard nothing since then - not even an automated email saying that the question was received. Is it common for it to take almost a month before a response is received, and to have to follow up multiple times just to get an answer?

If you have a link to your private question to send me I would love to take a look at it. If you didn't get an email confirmation, then my guess is that it didn't post and was lost in the internet wasteland.

It sounds to me like something went wrong. I've only done 1 private question ever, but had a few exchanges in that thread. It took a few days to get the first response and then follow ups came quickly.
Does it appear under "My Q&A" in the top menu? If it does then it is presumably posted.
If not, I'd risk it and post it again to be honest. It could be that support didn't fix whatever happened with the original post.

Getting rid of duplicate content
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and at the moment don't know very much about SEO. I have a problem with some of my campaigns where i keep getting a report with either Duplicate Page and/or Duplicate Content errors. I have no idea how to rectify this error, remove it or fix it on the relevant websites. Can anyone please help explain how to do this, maybe step by step? I really appreciate your views and opinions! SEOMoz reports and 404 errors
My SEOMoz report shows a 404 error, found today for this url: http://globalheavyhaul.com/google.com i do not have this anchor text anywhere on my website. How did Roger figure out that somebody looked for that page? Do I need to worry about 404 errors that are the result of user mistakes, instead of actual bad links?

How to work round issue with SEOMOZ not supporting SSL?
I have a website that it running via SSL, to secure the website, to reassure the customer is browsing (and so will be purchasing) on a secure website, and to show off the green address bar which many of my competitors do not have. However in my campaign I am getting on Links showing, with my rank reporting '1', surely this cannot be! I asked a Help question, and the only response was: "Unfortunately, we don't currently support https for our linkscape crawls. This is definitely something that we plan to implement in the future though! I hope that helps and I apologize for any inconveniences!" This definately does not help.. Is there any way of working around this issue, or will I be forced to cancel my SEOMOZ membership?

SEOmoz crawl diagnostics report - what are the duplicate pages urls?
I just see the number of duplicates but not what the urls of the duplicates are? I don't see it in the export either, but maybe I'm missing it Cheers S
