I see the pic for the www version but not the non www version. How do I fix that?

If you put your URL in the Structured Data Testing Tool http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets You should see your profile picture from Google+ (or your brand icon if you set it up as a publisher from a Google+ page for business) next to your listing.

I believe I've done the authorship. How can i verify that I've done it correctly?

Hi Joel,
If you visit http://www.schema.org you will find detailed instructions about each type of markup and how to code it. Also, Here's a link to a Google video and help article on the subject of structured data: https://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=99170&ctx=cb&src=cb&cbid=-1vinosestbcbn
As you do your markup you will want to use the Structured Data Testing Tool to view how your listing will appear in the SERPs. Keep in mind that it's completely optioinal for Google to display any of it, so they might or might not. It also could take a while for the structured data version of a page listing to begin displaying. Once you are satisfied with how your listing looks in the testing tool, just give Google some time to start displaying the info.
You will also want to establish authorship for your page by joining Google+ and connecting your profile to your Website. If you are a brand or a business, then you would want to establish the brand or company as the publisher. You may have done this already but if not I can provide detailed instructions on how to do that too.
Good luck!
Dana

Thank you Dana, how do I apply Schema Mark up to my site? And where should I focus my efforts?

It is my understanding that Rich Snippets are not recognizable by all search engine bots. The advantage to schema.org is that it is an agreed-upon format that works equally well in all the major search engines. Consequently, skip rich snippets and just go with schema.org.
Interested to know what others have to say. Great question!

Does content in collapsible menus negatively affect SEO or featured snippets?
We want to confirm whether content in collapsible menus negatively affects SEO and/or featured snippets on Google. We're hoping to add a menu to answer some frequently asked questions and attract featured snippets, while also creating a positive user experience/not clogging up the page. Here is an example of the style of menu we're using now, the troubleshooting menu: http://www.lynden.com/help/index.html Appreciate your help!

Descriptions appearing for review star Rich Snippets
Hello, We recently added the review star markup to our website: If you search Esplendido hotel in Google, you'll see us appear: https://www.i-escape.com/esplendido-hotel Google appears to be picking up the actual review and using it as the description in SERPs. Is there a way we can revert this back to the old description? Happy to keep as is but it is too long as it is according to Google? Thanks all, Clair

Schema.org wrong display in SERP
Hi, and happy new year! I tagged our new platform with schema.org: website+application software. There's also "reviews". Those reviews use datepublished microdata. However it seems that this info is used as a date for the page... Search for "logiciel cesar" with Google.fr, and the page is https://www.caplogiciel.com/logiciel/cesar

WordPress and Rich Snippets plugin creating 501 error
Good Morning MOZguru's, Right, so I've been trying to install the Google schema.org rich snippet plugin through Wordpress for a website, and after I activate it, the website does not load ( appears a blank page) or loads very very slooooowww. Also through the MOZBar, Http status section, after the plug in it's activated it shows a 501 error. I had this issues with another website I was working on, hosted by Godaddy, and fixed it by installing plugins through the control panel on go daddy and not through WordPress. However this website is not hosted on the same platform. Does anyone know what should I do in order for the plugin to work and not affect the website? Many thanks, Moncia

Sitewide rel author for rich snippets a disaster waiting to happen?
Hi, I've been looking at how various sites handle rel author tags linking to Google+ accounts to get rich snippets results. I've found more than a few that have the same code on every page, even though those actual pages clearly have different authors and some may not even mention the rel author's name. A site I'm working on has different authors for different pages. Although the convenience of putting the same rel author on every page seems dreamy, it also seems like a disaster waiting to happen, since it would appear to be trickery about who the author is and possibly one Google update away from disaster. Can you call a site owner or employee an author on pages that to the reader appear to be written by others? Am I being too cautious or what? Thanks! Cheers... Darcy

Schema markup in SERP in s ome languages but not in English. Any suggestions?
I have schema markup on a category page and on a product page on a website in 10 languages. Product page markup is showing in google SERP in all languages (both star rating, number of votes). Category page markup is showing very inconsistently. For English google SERP do not pick it up at all. For Spanish and German they are showing completely in SERP (votes, minimum price), for other languages, just part of makrup (minimum price) is shown in google SERP. In rich snippet tool they show up correctly in all languages. Any suggestion what can be done to get schema of category page picked up more consistently? Any experience of other markup formats than schema being picked up better? Thanks

Include Product Price in Rich Snippet?
Should price be included in rich snippets? Is there any research supporting inclusion or exclusion of prices in snippets?
