Competitive Link Analysis not showing links.

Hate asking such a vague question, but my SEOMoz link analysis report is not showing any backlinks for a client of mine. I loaded the information the same way I did my other clients, which show all links. www.domain.com is being forwarded properly to domain.com. I know there are backlinks because I put many of them there myself over the last couple of months. Clearly this is affecting my Moz score.
Not sure how to troubleshoot this. Can anyone offer suggestions? Grazie mille!

I've been on SeoMoz for about 3 months now. I've found the Link Analysis to miss out on some of the links. And besides it only updates once a month - around this time.
I've had better results picking up my backlinks using Google Webmaster. It updates the links more frequently, and I am able to pick up many more backlinks that are not coming up in the Link Analysis report.

Hi Dino,
I can assume that Mozbot haven't index your website yet, that's why it is not showing any backlinks in OpenSiteExplorer. I have the same problem with couple of my websites as well.
Try to check backlinks through MajesticSEO Backlinks tool.

Links not appearing in Moz tool
Hey Guys I am finding that my Moz tool isn't showing links that are definitely there like from social media etc. Also links that are there about 4-5 months are not showing either! am i doing something wrong?

Why is my internal followed links is 0?
My internal followed links is 0. Also for top pages the report say "block by robots.txt" but the Moz bot is able to crawl my site and generate report for 10K pages. Please help me understand why. http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/comparisons?site=www.findyogi.com

SERP Overlay Won't Show Up
I'm using the latest version of Chrome. I'm logged into Moz and the SERP Overlay is turned on. I turn it off and on again, and then it says "loading" beneath all the search results. Any answers would be appreciated, thanks!

Campaign link not working?
I imagine most of the initial problems with the domain migration to moz.com will be cleaned up rather quickly. I did however notice right away my links to my campaigns from the dashboard were not working. I then click the campaigns tab up top and my campaign links worked from there. Just thought I'd share real quick incase anyone else is having the same issue.

Number of available links limited?
OK, I've been making use of the free LinkScape API (on behalf of a client of mine) and trying to get links (and info on those links) to a specific domain/page/etc. NOTE : I've been using it without any issue in the past, however we are currently facing some weird issues. Let's take this simple query as an example : http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/wikipedia.org?SourceCols=4&TargetCols=4&Sort=page_authority&Scope=page_to_domain What this one supposedly does is to get links to "wikipedia.org", right? I'm reading : The Page_to_* scopes will by default return 25 links per source domain if no limit is specified, so you can see domain diversity. Due to space limitations in our API, a general link query for a given page will return at most 25 pages for every unique domain linking to that page. And I'm saying OK, that's fine. The thing is that (instead of the 1000 links I had been getting before), I'm now getting just 25 links. NOT per... "source domain"... but obviously per "target domain" (= wikipedia.org) - or am I missing something? (well, probably wikipedia suddenly has just about 25 links pointed to it... makes sense! 🙂 ) Please, let me know what's going on with the above, simply because getting just 25 links is close to worthless... Why does my crawl report show just one page result?
I just ran a crawl report on my site: http://dozoco.com The result report shows results for just one page - the home page, but no other pages. The report doesn't indicate any errors or "do not follows" so I'm unclear on the issue, although I suspect user error - mine.

Site not showing data in Open Site Explorer
I have run open site explorer for a couple of sites but I am getting the "no data available for this URL" message. I have read the reasons listed on the error message but none of these apply to the particular sites I am looking for data from. Any thoughts as to why this might be? Thanks, Kwan
