Buying Facebook Likes

It's quite easy to buy Facebook likes & fans these days. You can get 200 for five bucks at fiverr.
I am sure that most of the likes are from fake accounts. But do you think it will have any affect anyway? And is this black hat SEO or is it just collateral from trying to boost the # likes / fans?

To date there is no detecting "fake" accounts because they go to great length to imitate real people's accounts. Facebook has no interested in outing them because they love to boast the 500 million+ user base they have. If they deleted the millions of fake accounts out there that number would take a hit. So they don't mind. Outside of Facebook, how could any outside source ever detect a fake account?
So as it stands, you would be safe from anything that could be considered black hate by buying facebook fans, friends, shares and likes. Should you? That's up to you. But you definitely can and you definitely won't get penalized for it...at least for now

Facebook Like on URLs
I have a doubt regarding the facebook LIKES for URLs Case 1: By using a Facebook Like Button (for URL) on my page(s). Here people are coming to my page and giving like directly on my page. Case 2: Here i'm not using any Facebook Like plugins on page, But my page got shared on facebook pages and profiles. And people are giving likes on facebook.com for my shared links. Is this two count as different methods? Explain me please.

Best practices to add Facebook comments to wordpress blog?
Our website (noahsdad.com) has a very large and active Facebook group (http://facebook.com/noahsdadcom). Often there are more comments on the Facebook posting of a link, than on the blog post itself. I try to get people go and leave comments on the blog, but they don't get it. So I'd like to try to find a way to get Facebook comments to transfer to our site. I"m not sure the best way to do this....either via a plug in, or via these instructions https://developers.facebook.com/attachment/Comments_Best_Practices_FINAL.pdf/ I'd just like to get it going..and not mess up the comment's I have now. (Also not everyone has Facebook, so I'd like them to still be able to comment the 'old' way (name/email). Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction with this. Thanks.
