Google Webmaster Tools is showing wrong data - help?

Hey all,
I'm seeing some weird problems with Webmaster Tools. Specifically:
- We've submitted a sitemap with 174k URLs. According to the WMT dashboard, only 21 are indexed, though if you search our site via site:sitename.com blah blah, there are thousands of pages returned. Why is WMT only showing 21 indexed pages?
- Yet if I go to Health -> Index Status, it's showing nearly 199k URLs indexed. This seems consistent with searching Google site:sitename.com blah blah.
- Under "Search Queries", it's showing "no data available". Not sure why as it's linked to the proper Google Analytics account, which has keyword data.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

First off, how long ago was the site verified with WMT and how long ago did you submit the sitemap?
The sitemap was submitted at the end of August and verified around the same time.
It's clearly indexed at the search returns thousands of pages - I'm just wondering the why GMT dashboard is telling me it's not indexed, while Google search and Health -> Index Status is showing me that it is.
Also, as far as search queries, it could take months for that to really show useful data, at least in my experience.
I'd expect that queries would display here at the same time as they do in Google Analytics. Is that expectation wrong?

There cold be a number of issues with this. First off, how long ago was the site verified with WMT and how long ago did you submit the sitemap?
It could be just a thing that it takes time for Google to index your site, It will take even longer if there are less links to your site.
Also, as far as search queries, it could take months for that to really show useful data, at least in my experience.

Hi there, We recently changed our domain from .COM to .NET so that all our subdomains from external pages matched. Right now in Google Console we have our new .NET website being tracked, but in GA we are still tracking .COM. It is also causing issues with MOZ crawling our site because of the .COM/.NET discrepancy. My question is what is the best way to change our Google Analytics from .COM to .NET without losing historical data and what considerations do we need to change before implementing this? Our team was concerned that just downloading the old data would be too vast and it we wouldn't be able to continue manipulating it dynamically in GA. Thanks!!

Transactions from some sources not showing up?
Hi all, For one of my clients it seems that we're not seeing conversions for one particular source (an online banner). I've been recommending that they do away with that paid advertising since it hasn't been converting. However, my client recently made a purchase from the ad to test it, and it's not showing up in conversion data. All other conversion data seems right on, so I have no idea what could be going on with this one referral source. It's showing accurate page views, accurate time on site, but no e-commerce data. Any ideas what would cause this source to not show up in conversions? The campaign info is also showing accurately in Analytics. Help w/ Google Event tracking w/ new Universal analytics.js
I want to implement Google event tracking after my visitors complete an estimate form. The form provides them an approximate range of costs based on their widget and widget amount. I have the php coding done, but I don't know JS and I need to send an event upon completion of the estimate form. However, all of Google's examples are button click events. How do I send the event upon completing a form if there is no separate landing page? If I have my Google analytics code on the page as well, would simply adding the following the completed estimate code work?

I have this newsletter send using Mailchimp. This campaign is link to G.A. How can I create custom report for me online store about this campaign? Drop in google referral traffic
Hi guys, As we know, GA shows google as traffic source in two ways: google / organic for organic searches and google.TLD / referral for everything else: google groups, base.google.com, static pages, google reader, google image search, google search appliance/mini. What we noticed is that around Oct 20th there's a huge drop of google.TLD / referral traffic to our site. Do you experience something similar? I couldn't find anything Google-related that happened around this specific date. We use GSA for our site search and I'm wondering if this could be the reason - maybe someone from our development team made changes to GSA settings that affected this traffic source.
