We are logged into Followerwonk with our SEOMoz pro account but every time we try and export a list the website throws us to a subscribe page. We have also linked a twitter account to followerwonk but still getting the same issue.

Is there any way to export the organic traffic data?

All of the other Moz pages allow us to export for reports...why can I not export the organic traffic data page? I want a one stop shop...I don't want to have to go to Analytics! Don't make me leave the Moz systemmmmm! 🙂

Why am I not getting my allowance of 10,000 inbound links in csv download file? 370 out of 4700??

Hi, I'm desparately trying to audit my backlinks to remove a penguin penalty on my site livefit.co.uk When I do the inbound link report i'm not getting all the links in the download. I know there is a limit of 25 links from each linking site so we get the full picture of links bu: I have 4700 links so why does it need to limit it when we are supposed to see up to 10,000? When you check the link profile on the report it doesn't seem there are many sites with anything close to 25, so surely that rule is invalid as an explanation here? Should I just work off OSE? But there is less useful info than on the csv.. I'd be very grateful for your thoughts. Thanks! James

Firefox Export to pdf Bug?

UPDATED: Okay, it works in Chrome, but not Firefox 13.0.1. In Chrome, a new page is loaded with the .pdf, but in Firefox the page is requested, i can see the keyword and the URL being passed to SEOmoz, but there doesn't seem to be any response and the page is neither reloaded or redirected. Nothing happens. I'm happy to use Chrome, but is this a bug for Firefox 13? Does anyone else experience the same lack of result in Firefox? Thank you, Michael I run an Onpage Analysis Report, and click the "Export to PDF" button. The page shows as connecting, but then when it stops, I'm still on the same page and cannot find the pdf in my inbox or in my downloads file. Where do I go to retrieve the pdf once it's generated? OSE Linking Domains CSV Export Blank?

For some client domains, I've tried to do a CSV export from the OSE Linking Domains page, I get a CSV that contains the typical OSE header text, but no output records. Before I click the CSV link I always choose "show domains with links to All pages on the Root Domain". It doesn't happen with every domain I've tried this with, and when I've had the time/patience, some of the time if I try hours later, I get data. The problem though is I rarely have the luxury of running reports a second time during the audit cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a bug, or just an export fail due to system resources or something?
