Video SERP and Seomoz ranking

It seems that my keywords that lead to videoresults in SERP, is not being ranked on Seomoz!
How come when i rank #3 on a certain keyword with a videoresult Seomoz is displaying me as #15 (which is the second of my pages in SERP)?
What is the reason for not counting the video-result in the ranking-tool?

I just wanted to follow up with you in this thread too, per your request in your help team ticket.
Unfortunately, universal results still aren't working. We tried to fix this about 1.5 weeks ago, but ran into some other problems. I've just checked with our engineers, though, and we hope to have this fix in place by the end of the week. I'll update this thread again as soon as we know more!Cheers!

Why is this thread marked as "answered"? Yes, there is an answer - but still no fix or solution. It seems to me that you guys are working to close open threads about problems. You should spent more time fixing things instead! And if we write about the problems with seomoz.org here, we also serve others customers with similar problems.

The SERP refers to a URL on my domain. But i think the video is embedded on my page, but streamed from a subdomain or other domain (www.spies.dk)
This is #3 on SERP: www.spies.dk/de-kanariske-oer/gran-canaria
But in the ranking tool of seomoz i show as #15 in SERP with the same page: www.spies.dk/de-kanariske-oer/gran-canaria
Something happend when i the videoresult showed up:

Is the video on your site or on an external like youtube?
If the video is on youtube then SEOmoz will not relate it to your URL.
Also, the videos might be pulling from Google's Video SERP(http://www.google.com/videohp?hl=en), if this is the case, I don't think SEOmoz is crawling these pages and it will not show up.

Good ranking tool for RU?
I use SEOMoz to track my rankings in RU, but there are a few problems: 1 - SEOMoz doesnt offer Yandex tracking 2 - When exporting rankings to CSV it only shows the keywords in EN characters and looks something like this ??asad&$ Any suggestions for a better tool to use for RU? Thanks!

How to select a quality site with SEOmoz root domain ranks for guest blogging?
Hi all! I'm going to submit a few guest posts to several web sites. When I'm selecting a blog, to submit a post, I use SEOMoz root domain statistics ( specially DA). I need to know what is the optimum rank level for select a good quality website to submit posts? Currently I use DA30 or higher sites. Is it a good? Apart from that, what are the other criteria that I should check? Specially after the penguin 4 update?

How Can I see my competitors rankings?
Hi, I can see my ranking details but I can not see my competitors rankings. Seomoz is not updating their ranking and there is some problem in rank tracker as I refresh the ranking, but it says it doesn't update it. Why? Regards, Zeeshan

SEOMoz Software
I want to start off with stating that i am truly an advocate of SEOMoz and the great stuff they have done for the inbound community that we all know and love. I've been an active member since July 2010 and a paying pro member since December 2010. The software has always been monumental in helping my clients achieve their goals. However, in the past few months i have received nothing short of buggy unreliable software. The keyword difficulty tool never returns difficulty results. The Adwords data has been gone since i can remember. The rank tracker tool is successfull close to 1 out of 5 times. OSE is updated terribly slow compared to competitors. Plus, I have had to write emails to get my campaigns to be manually refreshed to see new ranking data. I have simply missed deadlines because my data is always delayed or missing from the software. Am i an anomaly here? does anyone have these problems? I have been researching some new tools as a replacement but i have yet to find anything as robust as the old SEOMoz. I'd love some feedback. A grade but no ranking. Can anyone help?
Hi there, I'm new to SEOmoz but familiar with SEO in general. I recently setup a new campaign for my wife's eCommerce business - www.toucankids.com. We optimized 6 pages for 6 well researched key phrases. These pages have been indexed by Google however they didn't show up in the on page reports section of SEOmoz. I've just worked out how to add them manually so i've done that. The good news is that all of the pages get an A grade so we must be doing something right. The bad news is that we haven't got a top 50 result for any of them which is quite disheartening. I'd rather not invest lots of effort more page optimisation if this approach isn't working. Can anyone offer any advice on next steps / fine-tuning? Thanks in advance! P.S. We're going through a process of link building to try and improve our domain authority at the moment so i'm hoping that Friday's linkscape update will give us some better news in that department.

Edit SEOmoz Profile Bug

I am trying to complete my SEOmoz profile, but there seems to be a bug. I am able to fill out everything except the 'favorite topics'. It lets me go in and fill it out, but when I click the update button to save it it does not save, and still shows up as missing in bar at the top. I have tried it in Mozilla, IE and Chrome, and it still does not work. Am I missing something? Thanks.0 -
SEOMoz rocks, but is it breaking Google's webmaster guidelines when it comes to check rankings?
Hi all, The Google's webmaster guideline in question reads... "Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold™ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google." So, when WebPosition Gold is not recommended then how come SEOMoz is acceptable to check ranks for websites belonging to SEOMoz PRO? Do Google neglects breaking of few guidelines by good boys?
