Hi we are still waiting for our new rankings, since Tuesday, I understand there is a problem, but when will it be fixed?

Keri from the SEOMOZ team had replied back in an earlier post that it will be fixed by Friday evening.

Unsolved Ranking not collecting keywords

Hi, we recently migrated our blog to be on the same domain as our main website. It's been about a month. I have continued adding more keywords we'd like to track to our Ranking list on Moz. But it's been a week and the keywords are still not collecting. Is this something we need to fix on our end, or is there something going on with Moz? keyword ranking issues.png

Competitor Ranks Highly Despite LOTS of Duplication

One of my Moz campaigns tracks my main competitor. I can't get over the fact that this competitor continues to rank well despite having thousands of duplication issues while I currently have less than 10. Our websites are similar both structurally and product-wise. The two images attached include OSE comparisons for the keyword "kraft envelopes". My competitor ranks #2 for the term, while I rank #9. I don't get why! And again, looking from a top-level perspective, MOZ shows that my competitor's website is full of duplication issues and other problems while my site is healthy as a horse. How often is the data supposed to be updated for our Moz campaigns? Mine have been updated on 07/15/2013 the last time. Isn't it supposed to be updated weekly?

Accurate Google Keyword Ranking for a domain

Hi Folks, SEO N00b here, in a new job so please go easy on me if i ask stupid questions. I'm looking for some clarification on Google Keyword rankings. I am looking for accurate Google Keywords rankings as when I log into Google Webmaster Tools I am given values like (6-10) for a ranking? When I used SEOMoz (Research Tools -> Keyword & Ranking -> Rank Tracker) it gives me an even less accurate range by simply saying >#50?Why is SEOMoz giving a completely useless metric? Why is its actual rank not shown? I know rankings are becoming less useful as a metric with Google moving toward personalized search but I still have reports to deliver to clients so the conversation of what metrics are going in the report is to be had another day. Right now I just want to get accurate rankings, from what I've found online Google Webmaster tools is recommended as the de-facto ranking tool but it doesn't provide accurate results so how can that be (yes I know it averages out the ranking but 6-10 is a range of values not a single value that represents an average) Dave

SEO Moz Rank Report

Anyone else noticing the rank reporting seems to be off? My reports are showing "not in top 50" for some keywords that my site is on page one for. Not in places listings either because I know that can throw things off! Anyone?

Rankings w/ Geographic Bias

I'm looking for a way to see the right rankings with geographic bias in mind. As an example, is there a way to indicate to SEOMoz to pull Google Rankings for San Francisco. The most narrow I can get is by country which won't work for several clients. I know Linkdex does this but would love to know if SEOMoz has a similar capability? If not, does anyone know of another company besides Linkdex?

Yo-Yo-ing rankings - what's going on?

I'm getting a little fed up and exasperated - if I'm honest! Our seoMoz rankings are yo-yoing on a weekly basis - extremely. One week we're in the top 3, the next week, we're not in the top 50. The week after that, we're back in the top 3. Then we're outside the top 50 again. I understand rankings go up and down sometimes - but this is every week, without fail. Not only that, but I also check my rankings with cuteRank and Firefox's Rank Checker and while those rankings are consistent with each other - seoMoz's rankings are always different and the only ones that Yoyo. Further, it's not just our rankings that Yoyo - it's those of our competitors too. They follow the same pattern except that when we go up, they go down, and vice versa, I'm just a little lost and unsure what to do, and I can't believe really that this is a true reflection of what is happening to us on Google every week. I know rankings change but surely Google aren't throwing us around like this? It is making doing any SEO on the site impossible because I never know where I stand. Any ideas or help would be wonderful. Thanks.

Ranking history lost

Hi there, It seems I have lost all the ranking history on all my keywords. I have only checked two campaigns - kodega.de and weddingrings-direct.com and none of the keyword show any historical movement any more, something I found very useful. Please let me know if this is just a glitch or if something has really stopped working as my account has been up and running for quite some time now. Many thanks, Julian
