Comparing Rankings Performance by Date
-
I would like to demonstrate to our clients how the Search Engine Rankings have improved or declined based on a date range i.e. this month vs last month and this month vs the same month last year.
I could do a keyword ranking history export and create a chart in Excel from that information, however does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be done more dynamically/automatically?
Are there any API options or even a way to schedule the export of the historical data on a monthly basis?
Any suggestions would be most welcome!
Thanks
Steve

Tracking keywords beyond #50 in the rankings?
Although Moz does a great job of tracking keyword rankings within the "top 50", a lot of the time with new sites and new content we are trying to track improvement in performance way out beyond that (just trying to get into the top 50). Although Moz tells me that a keyword has moved up or down outside the top 50, without knowing the actual position it's hard to reconcile that in terms of improvement. Is there a tool out there that will do what Moz does for the top 200?

Rankings reporting showing inaccurate improve/decline/unchanged numbers
Our rankings report is showing inaccurate numbers for the improved, declined, and unchanged summary, both in the email and on the site. According to the added up numbers, we have 315 keywords in the campaign, but that's not possible as we only have 172 set up for it. The total for this section is correct, it just doesn't add up.

The keyword ranking report takes into account all my website urls? Can I specify the URLs where I want to track the keywords?
I don't know if my weekly reports are reporting the ranking of my keywords correctly. I have added some new keywords, since that all my reports are in red numbers. I don't know if this is happening because I did something wrong, or if is because my rankings are really falling down.
