Hello,
I am a pro member, in my campaign it says duplicate content for few urls. which i m not able to understand, because both the url's are same but why its showing under duplicate content. here are the urls example.

Ow... I just had a quick look and if I am not mistaken SEOmoz might actually have gotten better at picking up the duplicates in my case. I just manually went through the list and I can't really fault the results... in hindsight.
Note to self: manually check the data next time before replying to any posts!

Thats interesting, i've not noticed anything on any of my campaigns
Out of curiosity, does the list of duplicate URL's give any clues as the what may be causing the duplicate pages error? Could Moz have updated their crawler to be case sensitive or something along those lines ?

I am also seeing sudden spikes in Duplicate Content for several campaigns and I keep seeing questions about this in the Q&A. This leads me to assume that there is an issue is at SEOmoz' side...
There is no reason that I would suddenly see an increase without having made any changes.
Just checked the data manually and in my case the Duplicate warnings are valid actually...

Agree with Toms comments
If you want to tidy up this error, go through the site and make the links consistent (ie change http://domain.com/page to http://domain.com/page/ throughout and that should solve the problem.
This is particularly worth while if you share the reports with your customers as customers hate seeing errors.

I wouldn't worry about this error in the campaign.
It may be that the moz crawler has tried to index the second URL - with the slash - because a site might be linking to it, or it could be in your sitemap, worth checking if this is the case.
But I can see that you have a canonical tag set up on your website that will prevent Google from indexing the second URL and potentially seeing duplicate content. Indeed, after having searched for the second URL in Google it does not appear to be indexed, so there should be no duplicate content issue.
Check no one is linking to your site in that way, or if it's in your sitemap. If not, chalk it up to a Moz crawler error and don't worry about it!

Duplicate content issue
I'm getting duplicate content warnings from Moz for various slideshows on my posts and pages in Wordpress. It seems when I create a slideshow it exists as its own page and as these have no text Moz sees them as duplicates. How to export keyword list to duplicate for another campaign in Moz?
I've create a couple campaigns (sub-domains) but I want them to largely have the same keywords as my other already create campaigns. How can I bring across these keywords? Export and then import them somehow?

Can't find duplicate page content
Hi all. I'm trying to create a report to list all of my site's duplicate content that SEOmoz says we have. However when I click on the link it just shows me the title and description of the page. I don't know what the other page is that has duplicate content or what the duplicate content is. Where do I find this information? Thanks in advance!

Duplicate Content Issue from using filters on a directory listing site
I have a directory listing site of harpists and have alot of issues coming up that say: Content that is identical (or nearly identical) to content on other pages of your site forces your pages to unnecessarily compete with each other for rankings. Because this is a directory listing site the content is quite generic.The main issue appears to be coming from the functionality of the page. It appears that the "spider" is picking up each different choice of filter as a new page? If you have a look at this link you will see what I mean. People searching the site can filter the results of the songs played by this harpist by changing the dropdowns etc... but for some reason the filter arguments are being picked up...? Do you have any good approaches to solving this issue? A similar issue comes from the video pages for each harpist. Duplicate Content Issues with WordPress
I'm having some difficulty with a few of the sites I'm managing right now. When I run a report here, I'm getting a duplicate content issue with sites that I'm running through WordPress. Sites running on a different CMS are not getting the issue. The duplicate content is being listed as from two URL's that are identical. I checked trailing slash, spelling, capitalization, everything. It looks like the same site is being marked as two with duplicate content. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this and/or what I may be able to do to resolve the issue (or if it's really something to worry about or not)? Thanks. My crawl diagnostic is showing 2 duplicate content and titles.
First of all Hi - My name is Jason and I've just joined - How you all doing? My 1st question then: When I view where these errors are occurring it says www mydomain co uk and www mydomain co uk/index.html Isn't this the same page? I have looked into my root folder and only index.html exists.

I am trying out your SEOMOZ and I quite like it. I've managed to remove most of the errors on my site however I'm not sure how to get round this last one. If you look at my errors you will see most of them revolve around things like this: http://www.containerpadlocks.co.uk/categories/32/dead-locks
http://www.containerpadlocks.co.uk/categories/32/dead-locks?PageSize=9999 These are essentially the same pages because the category for Dead Locks does not contain enough products to view over more than one resulting in the fact that when I say 'View all products' on my webpage, the results are the same. This functionality works with categories with more than the 20 per page limit. My question is, should I be either: Removing the link to 'show all products' (which adds the PageSize query string value) if no more products will be shown. Or putting a no-index meta tag on the page? Or some other action entirely? Looking forward to your reply and you showing how effective Pro is. Many Thanks,
