All our 142 category pages includes these format.
Still the sitemap report on 4-Apr-2013 says:

I have looked into Jay Simpson question - http://www.seomoz.org/q/any-idea-why-our-sitemap-images-aren-t-indexed to find this answer but didn't get Perfect & clear answer.

There are several reasons that this happens. The main being that Google simply does not index everything you have, especially if many of them are the same size, same meta, or they find patterns real similar to other sites. The more social signals you have, the longer people stay on pages etc. will have an effect on what they index.
But the easy answer is that they are not all indexed because Google does not want to.
In their words:
The number of indexed URLs is almost always significantly smaller than the number of crawled URLs, because it does not include URLs that have been identified as duplicates or non-canonical, or less useful, or that contain a meta noindex tag.

Can lazy loading of images affect indexing?
I am trying to diagnose a massive drop in Google rankings for my website and noticed that the date of the ranking and traffic drop coincides with Google suddenly only indexing about 10% of my images, whereas previously it was indexing about 95% of them. Wondering if addition of lazy load script to images (so they don't load from the server until visible in the browser) could cause this index blocking?

.htaccess file uploaded, website won't load
I uploaded the .htaccess file with the below, and now my website won't load at all? Then I deleted the htaccess file and it still won't load? But then it would load on my phone when I took it down, not on chrome, or explorer? Then I put it back up and looked again on my phone, wouldn't load on phone. Then deleted file and it still won't load on my phone? What is going on? RewriteEngine on

Webmaster Tools - How your data is linked?
This may be an easy questions, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere and I never really looked into it before. In google webmaster tools, in the dashboard there is the section that says "How Your Data Is Linked". What does that refer to? Is that just using internal link anchor text, external link anchor text or a combination of both? I am pretty sure that it is a combination of both, but I just want to make sure before making some internal link changes so that the most common anchor text is no longer "Prices" and "Sign up". Thanks.

Why don't all my pages have On Page Optimization Reports
Apologies if this question has been asked a million times, but I can't find it. I have 35 pages, yet only 5 of them have generated On Page Optimization Reports. I know I can create them manually, but wondered if I've done something incorrectly? Iain.

Discrepancy between SeoMoz vs Google Webmaster tools
SeoMoz reports over 70 4xx client server errors on my site, but Google Web Master Tools does not report any broken links. There are not any broken links on any of the pages that it is reporting. Could there be another reason for the 4xx errors besides broken links?
