How can I increase the number of links downloaded with the Opensite Explorer Just-Discovered tool?
-
I recently just tried to download the list from the OpenSite Explorer Just-Discovered tool and it only downloaded 233 links. When I checked to see how many URLs were available it was over 4,000.
It does seem as though it only downloaded today's links although I'm not quite sure about that.
Is there a way to increase the number of links downloaded to match what is listed in Opensite Explorer?
Thanks.

Thanks for that response Pete. I've put in a request for this now.
However, it doesn't explain why it only downloaded yesterday's list, as opposed to the 30 days report I was expecting. Is there a reason why it only downloads the current day's URL list?
Thanks,
Tola

Hi there,
Thank you for writing in! I am sorry if the report you download doesn't quite match the visual results on the webapp
Since the just discovered links feature is part of OSE, it also shares the restrictions of that tool, which is 25 links/root domain. While you can still visually checkout the web app for all your links, the report will only pull up to the link limit. Currently the tool is still in its beta stage, so we are rolling out a bunch of cool changes in the future which means that this tool can change, but we need users like you to advocate for the changes you need.
One way to do that is to go to the feature request forum at: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests. Here you can create your request, that way our devs can hear your voice and if there is enough attention given to the post then we will build it into the functional release
Hope that helps!
Peter

Why did my DA and Links go down?
How could I begin to research this to find out why we have less total links and a lower domain authority. Our DA has gone down two points and our total links dropped by a few thousand. I'd like to find out why that happened but I'm just not sure where to start. Thanks!

Inbound Links to Subdomains
Hi I want to gather a list of sites that are linking to individual blog items. Is there a way of gathering this data easily in Open Site Explorer? I've tried putting in the url/blog domain in the search box, and this just brings up those sites that link to the blog home page. I want to see all the inbound links that link to ALL subdomains within a particular URL. Any help appreciated. thanks

No follow link
Hi There, We pay for our site (www.residentialland.com) to appear on a popular property site: http://www.homesandproperty.co.uk/ When I use Open Site Explorer, it is our top link, but it has 'no follow' above it. So I had a look at the source code on the homesandproperty website and I cant see any nofollow code that would effect our link. I also used this tool which confirmed it isnt classed as a no follow link: http://www.seorankings.com/tools/nofollow-link-checker Can anyone else tell me if our paid for link on homesandproperty is a no follow, or if it is 'search engine friendly' so to speak? We pay for links across their site, so we want to get the full benefit. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Rob

Keyword tool: SEOMOZ spacific month ? vs adword tool 12 month average but same data ???
Running a keyword analysis in SEOMOZ it shows my the folowing information "Local Search Volume (Dec)". I compared the data for the specific country , language and keyword with the adwords keyword tool and it exactly showed me the same numbers. The adwords keyword tool shows: "Local Monthly Searches: This column shows the approximate 12-month average number of search terms matching each keyword" http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=25148 So if the numbers are the same in google keword tool and SEOMOZ why is SEOMOZ saying that for a specif month? If the data is the same one of both can not be right or probaly I didn't get the point. See screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/GyaaW7EkwV Thanks for help
