Thanks for letting us know!

Yep, it worked and is showing up on google. I think I need to strengthen it but at least I have something for now, Thanks for checking!

Hi There
Just checking... are you all set with this? I know that with Thesis it can be tricky, and it might depend on the specific theme you're using within thesis.
-
Is it under Titles & Metas and then Home? Where it says Meta description template?

Hello there,
If you're using Wordpress I'd recommend using Yoast's SEO plugin for Wordpress. With Yoast's plugin you can set the meta descriptions for your homepage and all of your other pages plus a whole lot more.
The latest version comes with a really informative walkthrough too so you won't feel lost.
Thanks,
K

I do not want all my META descriptions to be unique.
Hi, I have maybe 20 categories (new) that I really like to have the same Meta description for all of them. The category names call out the use of their respective products. but, all of these categories are related to a much bigger global initiative. I don't have enough space in the title to discuss the individual terms as well as the broader project, so I would like the META to say something like "Products related to <this thing="" my="" customers="" care="" about="">from</this> However, I am extremely paranoid about adding 20-25 meta descriptions that are identical, because Google. Am I overthinking this and being paranoid about Panguin and Penda?

Does keyword at the very front of meta description have impact?
I know that it is important to have your primary keyword target as the first word or two words of your title tag. But what about your meta description tag? does it matter where they keyword is in the description tag? I see a lot of other sites stuffing their keywords right at the front of the description tag and it looks somewhat unnatural. What's your take? do you put the primary keyword as the first word or two words of your description tag?

Page Authority
I have recently optimised a set of images for a client of ours: I'm looking through all the PA of these newly optimised images, and have varying PA {from SEOmoz toolbar} I understand that internal linking will pass link juice, and obviously external links will add to the overall PA. I have several pages with a PA of 36: { Fairly deep pages} Yet they have no external or internal links going to them. My question is "How can a page gain any authority when it has no visible links pointing at it?" Obviously there must be a link pointing at it {internally} as Google wouldn't have crawled the page right? Also lets say all the keywords are of equal competitiveness would the keywords with highest PA rank higher than those on O PA pages. Many Thanks
