What is the Best Tool to Identify Toxic Links?

I've been using Link Detox from linkresearchtools.com against the list of back links provided in my GWT account although it seems it is not enough.
What tools are the best at identifying toxic links?

I'm not referring to the type of data, but whether or not you have a complete view of your backlink profile. If you check the quite lengthy answer I left on your other thread you should see what I mean

Yes I know but the GWT data doesn't give me enough information. When I import my GWT backlinks into Link Detox, it gives me back the text anchors, destination URL, nofollow or follow, etc.

I think your problem is more about whether you started with sufficient data.
Check my response on your other thread ... short answer is that the best tool is your brain (in conjunction with your eyes).
Be aware when using algorithmic assessment tools that it is quite common to get both false positives and false negatives!

Internal linking
Hi, I currently have built my website with internal links to boost my category pages (the ones that are the most important with the most traffic). Is the way to go or nowadays or doesn't it matter what pages you boost. I beleive what I did is some sort of "page rank sculpting" but is it still useful ? or I should I link natural across my website even though some pages will get a boost and some won't ? The link that I have are at the bottom of my content (not in the footer) but at the bottom of the page next to each other ? does they count or is it really bad to have them that way ? If i get link pointing to a specific page , will that link add up to the count of linking root domains too ?
If I create a fresh link pointing to specific page on my site, apart from adding a number to "page linking root domains" does it also add up to root domain linking ?

Best links not showing up
I was wondering why some of my best (high-ranking) links don't show up either in Open Site Explorer or Majestic SEO's backlinks tool. Does Google even see them?

Links I am not Building?
Hi All, I check webmaster multiple times on a daily basis, and I noticed some links that I have not worked on and look a bit spammy, is it possible for people to purposely pont bad links in my direction? If that is the case is there a way for me to remove them myself? Also the number of total backlinks are very different in Webmaster and my Open Site Explorer, is this normal? Thanks again !
