Two keyowrds for one page

Hi there! I just optimize two pages for the same keyword as I didn't find a especific keyword for each one independently. On the other hand, these keyword was "suitalbe" for the same two pages. Obviously Google will have to "make a decision" regarding what page should it be indexed in the first postion? In what aspects or elements of the page should I incide in order to give priority to one page more than the other one?

I'm going to disagree with TGOOSE. You should try to not have two pages targeted at one keyword. Think about it from the user standpoint. If they are looking for that term, which page is best? What answers their question best? If both are still the answer, then merge the two pages.
- Combine Page 1 Text + Page 2 Text in a way that makes sense to the user
- Place new content on Page 1 URL
- Redirect Page 2 URL to Page 1 URL
That's how you should handle this situation. The number of keywords on the page and the use of meta tags isn't going to make a large difference.

Yes it will happen sometimes, if the same keyword is suitable for Page 1 and Page 2, if you want page 1 wants to be indexed by Google higher than page 2 for that particular keyword then try to increase the keyword 2%-3% in Page 1, and also try to add that keyword in Title,Description,Keyword Tag's of that particular page. Depending upon these priorities we may have chance to find Page 1 will be in higher position than Page 2 (and maintain 0% keyword density in Page 2).

We manage an e-commerce site. On a category page, there are several funnels to specific products. We moved the category overview content below those funnels to make it easier for users to quickly get to products. Page Analysis - Helping Product Pages Outrank Search Results Pages
Hi! We have a lot of our search results pages that have been indexed and outrank our product pages and in some instance the actual product pages barely show up at all. Here is an example query that includes our brand name: http://goo.gl/cgB6W So, we have loads of actual product pages, video pages, etc that should be showing up here, but are not and this is just one example. Unfortunately, there are a LOT of these Search Results pages out there and utlimately we would love to de-index them altogether, but it's going to have to be carefully done. So, was wondering if anyone would want to check out one of our product pages and give any feedback as to what we could change to possibly improve rank or to make them more search friendly or hopefully to help them rise above these indexed search results pages? A question on cached pages
Hi all. I have been testing different ways of writing the text on the homepage of the website www document-management-solutions co.uk because we are ranking very low for the keyword Document Management Software. I've recently learnt about pages being 'cached' and wanted to just clarify something. The last time the page was cached was on 26th March. I have made changed to the homepage since then and wanted to see how it has affected our ranking. Will I not be able to know if it has had a positive/negative effect until the next time our page is cached? Thanks

Very confused on this one?
I have a product that is available for Canadians only but not for Americans. I was just wondering how I can allow Google to find the Canadian page but not the American Page. I want to optimize this product to show in Google CAN results but not in the results for USA. Is this even possible?

No index parts of a page?
Little bit of an odd question this, but how would one go about getting Google to not index certain content on a page? I'm developing an online store for a client and for a few of the products they will be stocking they will be using the manufacturers specs and descriptions. These descriptions and specs, therefore, will not be unique as they will be also used by a number of other websites. The title tag, onpage h1 etc will be fine for the seo of the actual pages (with backlinks, of course) so the impact of google not counting the description should be slight. I'm sure this can be done but for the life of me I cannot remember how. Thanks Carl
