Okay, I am sorry to hear you cancelled your subscription.
I'll try to address everything one at a time. The Moz tools are working correctly so far for me so I can't really help you with the issues that you have. As said before the Q&A is still not the place to talk about technical difficulties.
I think the reason that your thread was closed was because Joel answered your question on a couple of subjects and told you that you should contact je technical support because you were asking it in the wrong place (Q&A). It's a shame that after so many mailing with SEOmoz they haven't been able to solve your problems.
About the respect thing. I wasn't talking about use of different words but more the reference to Gordan Ramsey. Gordan Ramsey is not known for his polite way of saying things and this reference was not necessary in my opinion.

Hi Wesley
First, this has been an ongoing problem for the last 6 months. I've had tons of emails back and forth between the Seomoz team and have had my staff look at all traffic to find problems on our side. There is no problem on our side that would cause this. All other services crawling our site is working just fine.
Our robots.txt is being read and obeyed by all other crawl-bots. But not Rogerbot ... And for the hole period of time, the signal to me from Seomoz has been: It is not us. It is you - or Apple, Google, Twitter og Google.
To answer your question: Old thread is locked, so i could not add a reply there. Another strange thing from Semoz. Thread is marked "answered", but my problems it yet not resolved. It never has been. Why then mark it as answered? (as in "done")?
I've cancelled my subscription, so i'm not here to make things right. I'm past that. Seomoz is broken, and the support team blames google, twitter, facebook, apple. This is the reasons i've been given:
Google: Googlebot does not read robots.txt right. It's not Seomoz
Google: GA is loosing connectivity to Seomoz. It's not Seomoz
Apple: IOS creates an errors on semoz forum when posting replies. It's not Seomoz
Twitter: They have a flaw with their API. It's not Semoz
Facebook: They are not reporting data correctly. It's a problem with their API. It's not Seomoz
I like the Semoz tools and the community - but their tools just dont work. And it's pricy paying JUST for the community part. The Semoz team once gave me a month for free because they realized there was a problem, but they could/would not fix it and charged me the following month - even though the problem still existed.
The respect-issue you are mentioning must be a language and cultural difference. Where i come from respect is an action - not just written words. I can write here many times that i do respect Joel and the support-team, but it means nothing if it is not followed up by action that shows the same respect, right?. English is not my primary language, therefore i may often choose different words (with a slighty different meaning) than ie Joel and the support team.

Alsvik, in your previous post Joel Day tried to help you by addressing your questions one by one.
His reply was very helpful and polite, you didn't give him that respect back.He also meant that the issues you are having are technical and this is not the right section for that.
This is for community based questions. Not questions to Moz.You started a new question. Make sure it is a question.
Your previous questions were answered correctly. If you would have listened you might have been been helped already by Moz technical support. My answer is exactly the same as Joel's. E-mail Moz about your issues.
I mean no disrespect with this answer.

No page authority for https and www versions
In Moz page onsite explorer, I'm getting a page rank of 1 for https://productcategory, and www./productcategory, but for the non-www version, I have a page rank of 33. The DA for each link is 25 Google is indexing my https:// version of my site (with the page rank of 1). Could this be why I'm getting outranked by my competitors (who have no content on their page, no links, and a lower domain and page authority than me?) Does this indicate some kind of issue with my redirections or settings in google search console? I would love to know how to fix this if it could be causing issues Thanks

Is www.domain.com/page the same url as www.domain.com/page/ for Google? (extra slash at end of url)
Dear all, in open site explorer there is a difference the url's 'www.domain.com/page' and 'www.domain.com/page/' (extra slash at end). There can be different values in pageauthority etc. in the open site explorer tool, but is this also the case for Google? Thanks for replying, Regards, Ben

Sorting Dupe Content Pages
Hi, I'm no excel pro, and I'm having a bit of a challenge interpreting the Crawl Diagnostics export .csv file. I'd like to see at a glance which of my pages (and I have many) are the worst offenders for dupe content – ie. which have the most "Other URLs" associated with them. Thanks, would appreciate any advice on how other people are using this data, and/or how 'Moz recommends to do it. 🙂

Sudden decrease in Moz Page rank
Hello, We have a serious issue with 404s and recently saw our Moz Page rank fall from 53 to 47. 1. OSE Inbound links no longer shows any of our Linked In posts, did Linked In stop passing juice? 2. Does SEO Moz reduce your ranking when there's a sudden increase in 404s? 2a. WP Yoast SEO - I accidentally checked the box on this plugin to "Strip the category base (usually /category/) from the category URL" which basically caused all of our blog post categories and Datafeedr categories to disappear. Didn't realize till too much time had passed that I accidentally clicked that box. Datafeedr is a plugin for our estore that parses the data feeds from affiliate vendors and allows you to create a saved search that auto updates old products every 3 days. I had a no index/follow parameter on the category items, but seeing the # of 404s continue to increase, I temporarily removed this parm last week to see if it reduces this now static number of 404s. Google Webmaster tools started showing a ton of soft 404s that kept increasing, while SEO Moz didn't show any of those 404s. I didn't pay much attention to GWT since Google kept saying it won't affect our rankings, and nothing was showing up on SEO Moz. Last week a fraction of those 404s showed up and I am not sure if that's what lowered our Moz rank or what looks like a possible delinking from Linked In and a higher ranking complimentary website directly related to our field itsallaboutyoga. Looking at the Moz graph of "Total Linking Root Domains Over Time" all of our competitors took a similar % hit since between June and the end of July, so I am thinking its more wide based than fat fingered mistake. I fixed # 2, (have to still figure out what to do with most of those 404s, thinking of submitting a request to Google vs 1,000s of 301s) so in doing my review of this sequence of events and using it as a learning experience, where would I assign max destructive value as a percentage? A. Ignoring GWT soft 404s in favor of SEO Moz campaign reports B. No follow from Linked In and related industry site C. Datafeedr, thousands of indexed products through Datafeedr that are no longer available mostly due to WP Yoast SEO fat finger error. I did have the D. WP Yoast SEO, "Strip the category base (usually /category/) from the category URL" E. Global Google algo change Cheers, Michael

Crawl Diagnostics Report Lacks Information
When I look at the crawl diagnostics, SEOMoz tells me there are 404 errors. This is understandable, because some pages were removed. What this report doesn't tell me is how those pages were discovered. This is a very important piece of information, because it would tell me there are links pointing to those pages, either internal or external. I believe the internal links have been removed. If the report told me how if found the link, I would be able to take immediate action. Without that information, I have to go so a lot of investigation. And when you have a million pages, that isn't easy. Some possibilities: The crawler remembered the page from the previous crawl. There was a link from an index page - i.e. it is in the database still There was an individual link from another story - so now there are broken links Ditto, but it in on a static index page The link was from an external source - I need to make a redirect Am I missing something, or is this a feature the SEO Moz crawler doesn't have yet? What can I do (other than check all my pages) to discover this?
