Different Report Branding for each campaign
-
Quick Q:
Do Pro Plus/Elite memberships allow you to setup different report branding for each campaign? Say for example I wanted one campaign to be branded with the logos of an agency I was doing work for and another to have my logos on. Or is there just a single general branding option that covers all campaigns?
Thanks.

Hi Alex,
You can actually do both with any subscription higher than pro basic. This can be configured at the bottom of each campaign setting which will also have a link to 'global settings' if you needed to add one logo for all of your campaigns.
David is also suggesting a great workaround
Cheers!

David - Thanks for your reply - to be honest, even though it is pretty simple to do, I don't want the hassle of even having to open a PDF up and would rather the reports were all branded up as soon as they were emailed.
I'm considering moving up to a higher subscription level as it is, but if this functionality is part of the parcel, then it will be much more convincing for me.

It's pretty simple to configure a corner logo and watermark action in Acrobat if you wanted to just modify the exported PDFs. You could set up an action for each different brand; it only takes like two seconds to open a PDF, apply the action and save it.
You do need to have Adobe Acrobat and not just Reader though...

Universal results not in pdf or csv reports
Right now, the universal results show up when I look at tankings on the site, but do not show up at all in the weekly pdf reports. They also did not appear in the full rankings history .csv report. They only appear in the weekly csv report, and then, the information is not as detailed as it is on the website (it only shows whether a universal exists, but doesn't indicate at what position it shows up). This limits the usefulness of these reports to my customers. I need to be able to show them rankings histories, including universal results, in their monthly or weekly reports. Including the charts would be nice as well. Since I can individually download the .pdfs for these for each keywords, why can't we just include it in the monthly reports. Also, would like to be able to view rankings history for all three search engines at once for a keyword, or multiple keywords to reduce the number of pages in a report. Can you add this feature?

Order of urls in SEOMoz crawl report
Is there any rhyme or reason to the order of urls in the SEOMoz crawl report, or are the urls just listed in random order?

On-Page Optimization Report: How Are Keywords Chosen?
Apologies if this has already been covered 100 times! Last month I set up a new campaign, and so far the On-Page Optimization tool has only crawled and graded three of my pages so far. I assume it takes time for more pages to be covered? But, here's my real question: I see that the tool is giving my pages grades based on certain keywords, but the tool itself seems to be deciding which keyword to use in grading each page. To use a made-up example, my example has a page about leather gloves, a page about wool mittens, and a page about cotton mittens. The last one is supposed to be optimized for the keyword "cotton mittens," but the tool is grading it based on how well it's optimized for "wool mittens." I can go into the drop-down at the top of the page and change the keyword that the page is graded on, and that gives me a new grade, but only for that instance. The next week, the tool is back to giving the page an F for "wool mittens." Is that because the tool decides that "wool mittens" is the keyword for which the page has the best chance of ranking, no matter what my intentions are? is there any way to permanently tell the tool that I want the page to target "wool mittens" as its main keyword? Thanks in advance for your help!

Site Ranking Report
Hi guys, My site ranking report says that I've gone from being 1-20 for a variety of keywords in Google UK to not in the top 50. When I do a search myself I see that my site remains where it previously was (between 1-20). How reliable is the site ranking reporting on a weekly basis? Is it best to look at it monthly?

On-Page Summary (Report Cards) automation?
Hi everyone, Under the "On-Page" tab which shows your report cards, is there a way of getting it to grade your entire site? One of my site's is only ~20 pages so it's no big deal to manually enter each URL and set each one to update weekly. But what if I have a site that has ~1,000 pages and I want to optimise each and every page for my main keyword using the report cards feature? Thanks in advance! 🙂 Ash
