Website dance on Google Map results and organic seo results

My website is daily showing different position on maps.google.com and for the last few days like yesterday it was on 21st position on some keyword and today it is no where and same with other keywords. Is this a Google Dance ?? what can be its period ? and what is tyhe solution to handle it ??

The "dance" results you are seeing can also be contributed to where you are checking the positions from, platform (o/s, computer type, laptop, mobile etc), the country/city you are in when checking, whether you are signed in to Google etc.
Clear cookies/cache/ip address each rank check and try to replicate the same variables at all times, this might give you more stable feedback.

Is Having Content 'Above The Fold' Still Relevant for Website Design and SEO
Hey there, So I have a client who recently 're-skinned' their website and now there is little to no content above the fold. Likewise, I've noticed that since the transition to this new front-end design there has been a drop in rankings for a number of keywords related to one of the topics we are targeting. Is there any correlation here? Is having content 'above the fold' still a relevant factor in determining a websites' searchability? My Website No Longer Appears in Mobile Google Search but Does in Desktop...Why Is This?

Getting listed in the Google local result - help!
Good day, I'm really struggling to get a client to appear in the Google Local map snapshot (on the right of the SERPs), even when their company name is Googled. I've tried everything including getting the main Google Local account verified, had some reviews put up, all the required and relevant info has been completed, yet their location and the map never appear. How can I check Googles Page Cache ?
Hi I use to have a handy tool in Firefox (Google Toolbar) that was very handy for checking page ranks and what date a page had been cached. For a while with the newer versions of Firefox I cannot seem to locate this useful tool, Can anybody recommend any useful tools for checking the above. Thanks Adam

Hi cant find the right term or word for it but google seems to personalize my search results according to my previous searches so that the rankings i get for a certain term isnt correct. Can i turn that off somehow ?
