It looks like Googlebot has timed out, at least once, for one of our URLs. Why is Googlebot timing out? My server is located at Amazon WS, in North Carolina and it is a small instance. Could Google be querying multiple URLs at the same time and jamming my servers? Could it be becauseThanks for your help!

okay I was able to pull your site code so you know it works on the newest version of Web Kit which is based on Safari only for me.
You have some large coding issues that are most likely preventing you from being indexed properly.
Your page structure is not allowing Google to read anything. Google can only read 16 words from your home page this is making Google bot think there is nothing there and is not a useful webpage. You also still have an issue with the forwarding to a
#welcome
the two links below will show you what Google bot is able to see when indexing your website.
http://www.feedthebot.com/tools/spider/test.php
http://totheweb.com/tools/spider-test/index.php
this shows the problem get your header and your structure theirs a lot of junk and no real words for anyone to read.
you can also use
http://pro.moz.com/tools/crawl-test
to check your site through Moz another superb tool to use is screaming frog
http://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/
the reason I believe this is happening is you are using Ajax preventing Google from reading your site correctly. Here is a link talking about how you can fix this. The reason I believe this is because of the hash tag
"AJAX URLs, that is, URLs containing a hash fragment, for example www.example.com/index.html#key=value, where #key=value is the hash fragment."
http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/32882/why-is-google-still-not-indexing-my-website
you may want to consider using a boilerplate I would build the site out of wordpress as its architecture is superb and you would not have these issues.

I would recommend using a trusted developer I can give you a recommendation.
I would use this gentleman he is very knowledgeable and a master of HTML 5
here are some suggestions on HTML improvements as far as HTML improvements go you are using HTML 5
http://architects.dzone.com/articles/best-html5-page-structure
this is a useful tool if you are doing your own developing or checking your website.
here is more information on HTML5
http://diveinto.html5doctor.com/

I would personally use a developer to fix this.
I hope this helps,

Your website is currently not showing up properly in my browser. I have used chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Currently your site shows 14 indexed pages in Google
site:www.memovalley.com
can you tell me when website was created?
Was there a recent change because for some reason your website is redirecting to
did you add a tracking system that is adding this to your links?
site:www.memovalley.com/#!welcome
the other odd thing is your blog http://blog.memovalley.com/ showing a favicon for Wordpress.com meaning it is hosted there on WordPress.com not with a true separate hosting companies like you said you were using Amazon
I have to be able to see your site code in order to tell you why Google bot is timing out on me run some quick tests with other tools and I will post very quickly

Why is Google not indexing my site?
I'm a bit confused as to why my site just isn't indexing on Google. Even if I type in my brand name, my social channels rank and there's no evidence of my website. I've followed all of the advice I've read and gone into webmaster tools and got the Wordpress yoast plug-in but nothing seems to be making a difference! One thing I've noticed, in Google Webmaster Tools it says "Couldn’t communicate with the DNS server." in site errors. I've called GoDaddy and they said that everything is fine. A bit frustrating. Trying to work out what my next steps should be but feeling a bit lost to be honest! Any help GREATLY appreciated!

Is there any problem with my information structure?
Hey guyz I have a client who got a very interesting structure that I've ever seen. He has got a navigation down link, and with that he links every page on his site , with his every each page.
Technical SEO | | atakala
I mean each page link each page with dropdown navigational menu. ( Menu can be crawled .)
And the other interesting thing is in the image . http://prntscr.com/3q7zp6 He has a level 1 page that has a huge content in it.
But he links every topic of the content with another link which is anchor text link I mean this (http://site.com/level2page.html#part1).
How Google treats this ?
Is there anything wrong with it ? I mean amount of it .
Thank you! 3q7zp60 -
GWT Images Indexing
Hi guys! How does normally take to get Google to index the images within the sitemap? I recently submitted a new, up to date sitemap and most of the pages have been indexed already, but no images have. Any reason for that? Cheers

Question on noscript tags and indexing
If I have a <noscript>tag on every page of my website with the same sentence over and over saying something to the effect of "Sorry our site uses Javascript, please enable javascript for the full site experience.", Webmaster Tools will tell me that one of the most common words on my site is "Javascript".</p> <p>Is this something to be concerned about from an SEO perspective? My site is obviously not about Javascript and I don't want to dilute my page's topic or authority by repeating words that are not relevant to the topic of my site.</p> <p>Thanks!</p></noscript>

Best way to handle indexed pages you don't want indexed
We've had a lot of pages indexed by google which we didn't want indexed. They relate to a ajax category filter module that works ok for front end customers but under the bonnet google has been following all of the links. I've put a rule in the robots.txt file to stop google from following any dynamic pages (with a ?) and also any ajax pages but the pages are still indexed on google. At the moment there is over 5000 pages which have been indexed which I don't want on there and I'm worried is causing issues with my rankings. Would a redirect rule work or could someone offer any advice? https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=site:outdoormegastore.co.uk+inurl:default&num=100&hl=en&safe=off&prmd=imvnsl&filter=0&biw=1600&bih=809#hl=en&safe=off&sclient=psy-ab&q=site:outdoormegastore.co.uk+inurl%3Aajax&oq=site:outdoormegastore.co.uk+inurl%3Aajax&gs_l=serp.3...194108.194626.0.194891.4.4.0.0.0.0.100.305.3j1.4.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.SDhuslImrLY&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=ff301ef4d48490c5&biw=1920&bih=860

Google News not indexing .index.html pages
Hi all, we've been asked by a blog to help them better indexing and ranking on Google News (with the site being already included in Google News with poor results) The blog had a chronicle URL duplication problem with each post existing with 3 different URLs: #1) www.domain.com/post.html (currently in noindex for editorial choices as showing all the comments) #2) www.domain.com/post/index.html (currently indexed showing only top comments) #3) www.domain.com/post/ (very same as #2) We've chosen URL #2 (/index.html) as canonical URL, and included a rel=canonical tag on URL #3 (/) linking to URL #2.
Technical SEO | | H-FARM
Also we've submitted yesterday a Google News sitemap including consistently the list of URLs #2 from the last 48h . The sitemap has been properly "digested" by Google and shows that all URLs have been sent and indexed. However if we use the site:domain.com command on Google News we see something completely different: Google News has indexed actually only some news and more specifically only the URLs #3 type (ending with the trailing slash instead of /index.html). Why ? What's wrong ? a) Does Google News bot have problems indexing URLs ending with .index.html ? While figuring out what's wrong we've found out that http://news.google.it/news/search?aq=f&pz=1&cf=all&ned=us&hl=en&q=inurl%3Aindex.html gives no results...it seems that Google News index overall does not include any URLs ending with /index.html b) Does Google News bot recognise rel=canonical tag ? c) Is it just a matter of time and then Google News will pick up the right URLs (/index.html) and/or shall we communicate Google News team any changes ? d) Any suggestions ? OR Shall we do the other way around. meaning make URL #3 the canonical one ? While Google News is showing these problems, Google Web search has actually well received the changes, so we don't know what to do. Thanks for your help, Matteo0
