Why No Answer From Email Forms

I have submitted this a few times through forms on the site, and I am hoping that this way, a Moz employee might actually see it. With no "tickets" actually being opened, who knows if these messages are even going anywhere. I'm over it:
It's been 8 days since I first emailed about this, with no response.
Long story short - I cancelled my trail BEFORE it expired, yet when the date passed my Credit Card was charged anyway.
It is now overdrawn, with all sorts of FEES attached to it, which I CAN NOT AFFORD.
Please check this and refund it ASAP.

Emailing help@moz.com is your best bet. Also let them know which forms you used, so we're able to track down what may not be working. Do make sure that you've checked the email associated with your Moz account -- sometimes people have info@domain.com for their Moz email and forget to check that, or it goes to the accounting department.

If you really are having a problem getting an answer then you could try tweeting @randfish - it's a little public for many but it can work and Rand Fishkin is VERY responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend a soft ask on twitter for Rand to take a loo into this for you.
I'd be interested to know why you feel MOZ is not for you.
It is a great service and helps me loads.

Moz email is freezing Microsoft Outlook
When I try and open an email message from a Moz Q&A response, it hangs Microsoft Outlook for more than 30 seconds. Is anyone else having this problem?

Why do the Ranking Report emails differ from the acutal Ranking Report?
I have been noticing that the Rankings listed in the emails are far different from the ones in my report once I log in. Any idea what this is about? Often the rankings in the email are much better then in the report. And I am talking about on the same day as the email was sent out, not a week later.

Why Avoid Answering? - Release Date: Rough Estimate
We are wondering when we can see search volume local and global with the ability to define a specific local region. Our team seriously dislikes bouncing back and forth from google adwords and SEOMoz. Other competitors of seo software have this feature, we are wondering when we can (roughly) expect this to be added. Do SEOmoz private questions get answered?
I submitted a question on September 30 and never received a response. I then followed up on October 6 and had an exchange with the support staff, who first told me that the question would be answered and then a couple of days later told me that they had no record of the question. By chance, I had taken a screen shot showing confirmation that the question had been sent (just something I did to remind myself to follow up if I didn't get a response!), which I sent to them along with the question again. That was four days ago, and I've heard nothing since then - not even an automated email saying that the question was received. Is it common for it to take almost a month before a response is received, and to have to follow up multiple times just to get an answer?

Ability to have .csv files automatically emailed on a weekly basis (after rankings are updated)?
Hi I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this. I was wondering if there are any plans to add automated emails to SEOMOZ Pro. Each week I find myself logging into SEOMOZ Pro to pull csv files across several profiles (I use PRO Elite), does SEOMOZ have any plans to add this functionality sometime in the future? All I need is an email to be sent to a specific email address after the ranking report has been updated. SEOMOZ staff - Great job on the tool, definitely the best ranking tool I have ever used. Can't find email address or contact form on website I want link from
Hi, How do you use whois or other resources to find an email address for a site that doesn't list their email address or have a contact form? Our competitors look like they have contacted the site but I don't know how to contact the site myself. They have a facebook fan page and a twitter account. Thanks.
