So, the thumbnail implementation seems fine, but there are errors in other parts of the schema mark-up, which may be why your video isn't getting indexed.
Additionally, you may find that you can't get an embedded YouTube video indexed, since the way Google treat YouTube videos is different from other platforms and you often won't get a rich snippet for you page - additionally, the YouTube.com version of your video may end up outranking you and claiming the video snippet.
So, firstly I recommend not using YouTube for this - then you need to ensure you're implementing the rest of the Schema.org markup correctly.
Hope that's useful!

Hi Dario,
Are you sure you are seeing video results for the search? If you are then what thumbnail is showing if not your declared one?
Be that as it may it might be worth adding the meta thumbnail as well as thumbnailUrl like so:
Check out the comments here for a bit on which thumb seems to be getting shown and if you really want to get confused check out the source of the youtube video and see what the have done there! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQk5AQsSI9Y, something like this:
Hope it helps!

If my products aren't showing in rich snippets, is there still value in adding product schema?
I'm adding category pages for an online auction site and trying to determine if its worth marking up the products listed on the page. All of the individual product pages have product schema, but I have never seen them show up in rich snippets likely due to the absence of the price element and the unique nature of the items. Is there still value in adding the product schema even if the items won't show in rich snippets? Also, is it possible the product schema will help optimize for commerce related keywords such as [artist name] + for sale?

Benefits/drawbacks to different Schema markup languages (ie. JSON-LD, Microdata, RDFa)
Just a question (or questions) I have wondered about. What's the difference, besides the actual encoding, between the three? Why have three? Why not just the one? Seems to me that Microdata is the easiest, but maybe I am wrong. Is there a reason to use one versus another? I have not found anything explaining this on schema.org - I suppose this is just a discussion versus getting one right or wrong answer. I am just curious of the opinions of people in the SEO MOZ community. Unless of course there is one answer. I'll take that too.

.COM or .ORG - Which is better?
I work for a non-profit association. We currently use a .com as our primary, but also own the .org. Should we switch to the .org address? What would the benefits be?

Does Schema.org markup require a HTML 5 doctype?
I would like to implement Schema/microdata on a clients website, but the site is currently XHTML. Is html5 required for the micro data tags to be recognised? Will it work if I implement micro data on my XHTML site? Thanks for any advice you can offer.
