Changing IP adress of Website will impact on ranking or not?

We have TLDs as below:
bannerbuzz.combannerbuzz.co.uk
bannerbuzz.com.au
bannerbuzz.caWithin few days, We are moving in Magento Technology for 2 domains,
Bannerbuzz.com.au and Bannerbuzz.co.ukWe have purchased new plan, So IP address of those 2 domains will be changed. So my question is, It will impact on my current Ranking or not?

Should i give 301 redirection to Old IP to New IP.? It's good practice or not? -
Thats right if your new IP happens to be in India, or someplace in Eastern Europe like Ukraine, is not really good
from accessibility standpoint many IPs from these countries are blocked -
I agree . The answer is no. Just make sure the server is not slow. Also remember that Magento is a heavy program and is slower than Wordpress and many other CMSs

These will affect SEO:
New servers are slow and affect site speed
IPs flagged as spam/bad IPs
The new IPs are in another country -

Should we reinstate the old website?
In a nut shell we had a great site that performed well and grew month on month but it perhaps looked a bit dated. A decision was taken to build a new site and the job given to a PR agency for some reason. All the titles, H1 tags, page content and url structure was changed and now the site has drop 50% of organic traffic. I've been tasked with trying to rebuild rankings but so far it's not going well. Changing URLs
As of right now we are using yahoo small business, when creating a product you have to declare an id, when we created the site we were not aware that you will not be able to change the id but also the ID is being used as the URL. we have a couple thousand products in which we will need to update the URLs. What would the best way to be to fix this without losing much juice from our current pages. Also I was thinking that if we did them all in a couple weeks it would hurt us a lot, and the best course of action would be to do a slow roll out of the URL changes. Any help is appreciated. If I point a domain name to a new faster server, will I lose some keyword ranking?
I'm redesigning a client's site, breaking up content into separate pages and moving the site to a managed server keeping the same domain name. Will I lose any link juice or keyword ranking for site even if I 301 redirect the old pages to the new titled pages?
