Since August 11th We have been dropping 5 to 10% in Organic Search Traffic ?
We are now producing as more quality content/ blogs/YouTube videos Facebook and Google plus posts, then ever before. We taking a look at our pages, author tags, paying more attention to titles and meta descriptions.
we are not acting Spammy in any way, or at least not that we can see.But for some reason, Google analytics Stats are just going down week after week, our website is www.safari365.com
Can anyone help us see what we are doing wrong ?

Having a look at your backlink profile, you lost alot of links around that time, but not referring domains. I wonder if you deleted a sitewide backlink somehow. These can give boosts of rankings for a few weeks, but will most likely give you a penalty at some point.
You have quite a few other sitewide backlinks, but they are not that bad (33-40 links each) except pcdynamiceng.com which has 162 according to ahrefs..
I have see alot worse though, so cannot say if this is your problem.
Another thing is the time of year... at the end of the summer people may not look for as many holidays etc. Have you got metrics going back to last year to compare?. This may not be relevant, but new sites get a nice boost for the first month or so as Google tries to ascertain whether they are popular \ useful etc. It could be that this boost has simply faded away (I notice the site has copyright 2013).
All I would recommend at this time, is focus on good quality content and spread that around on your social channels etc. I would also review all sitewide backlinks, and try to replace those with relevant homepage backlink or editorial backlink.

Without assessing your site I can say you may not be doing anything wrong.
During Google's recent rolling algo changes we saw a drop in traffic of about 20% during the similar time frame you suggest.
We've recovered about 15% of that lost traffic and continue in the direction of the traffic levels prior to those changes.
We're white hat in what we do and this recent algo update is the only time we've actually lost significant traffic.
I usually don't over-react to Google's pendulum swings as things typically return to normal.

Facebook Likes, Google +1s tactic - is this a good idea
Hello, For our eCommerce site, we're considering doing the following: When people call in to place an order by phone, we take their order and tell them while we have them on the phone that if they click the Facebook Like button and Google +1 button on our site's home page, we'll knock $3 off their total. We would just show them where the buttons are and refresh our screen to make sure the count went up by one like and one +1 when the customer said that they pressed the buttons. Then, we would continue with their phone order and just knock off $3.00 I may not do this just because it may be grey hat, but it seems 100% safe forever. If you recommend against doing this, can you think of any 100% white hat way to do the same thing? Thanks.

3 month intern plan, thoughts/opinions appreciated
Just looking for some opinions here. I'll be hiring a summer intern to help with marketing, spreading the word, and link building. Just wanted to get some feedback on what I'm thinking of having them do. 1. Run back link checks on all competitor websites and ask the owner/webmaster if they'd consider linking to us. 2. Directory submit to any relative directories that pass link juice. 3. Find relevant websites or forums and ask for links, run broken link checker while on their site as well. Maybe offer their audience some sort of freebee or special product/e-book. 4. Create hang outs on Google +, groups on Linkedin.com, Quora etc. Follow relevant Twitter followers and post content regularly. Trying to think of a few other things as well. Looking forward to your opinions. Thanks.

Does creating a Facebook App help your social SEO factors?
We're looking to build out an event countdown widget for Facebook users to install as an App. Should we just focus on creating a useful app, or should we be trying to also optimise it for Likes, Comments, Shares etc. Having read the Searchmetrics 2012 report we're starting to ramp up our FB efforts...
