One thing I forgot to mention...
Your company likely services a very local area, correct? Are you including the names of the towns you service in the keyword phrases you hope to rank for? If not, perhaps that will have a positive effect on your ranking efforts.
In my experience many people think they are targeting well-searched phrases, but they have done no research to back that up. Just guesswork. Or they think they are ranking well, but don't realize its for their brand, which they should rank well for! Or, they rank well for a phrase that is not worth targeting because it has minimal searches.
Again, good luck;)

My first question would be 'what keywords were you ranking for'?
Perhaps there is a disconnect between the words you think you should be ranking for and the ones your site is designed to rank for. From your meta titles, it seems your best ranking is going to be for your brand, not the phrases you hope to rank for.
Another possibility is that Google mistakenly ranked you for phrases it realized were not the actual focus of the site. As an example, I have a dog product site that donates a portion of sales to charity and rescue (with backlinks from .org charities) which initially ranked well for phrases related to that. Google quickly realized that the site was not primarily about that and corrected the rankings.
One thing I noticed in particular about your site: The language on the site is very unnatural with many grammatical errors. Google is regularly becoming more sophisticated and could perhaps be picking up on this? Perhaps you know someone or can hire someone to proofread and edit the content? Above all else, it will improve your user experience.
Best of luck!

Your Website is very new, has only a few backlinks. Probably you got ranked within the first 3 pages as it was something new, but as it has almost no authority, you still have lots of work to do to rank that site.
There's nothing (in the surface) that could lead to even think on a penalty. It is just too new and has no backlinks/authority.
By the way, are you accredited by BBB? If so, use the actual seal. Same for the other seals you have there. If you just added them to create confidence but actually don't "own" them, I'll suggest you get rid of them.

What's the best way to integrate off site inventory?
I can't seem to make any progress with my car dealership client in rankings or traffic. I feel like I've narrowed out most of the common problems, the only other thing I can see is that all their inventory is on a subdomain using a dedicated auto dealership software. Any suggestion of a better way to handle this situation? Am I missing something obvious? The url is rcautomotive.com Thanks for your help!

Soft 404's on a 301 Redirect...Why?
So we launched a site about a month ago. Our old site had an extensive library of health content that went away with the relaunch. We redirected this entire section of the site to the new education materials, but we've yet to see this reflected in the index or in GWT. In fact, we're getting close to 500 soft 404's in GWT. Our development team confirmed for me that the 301 redirect is configured correctly. Is it just a waiting game at this point or is there something I might be missing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ecommerce website: Product page setup & SKU's
I manage an E-commerce website and we are looking to make some changes to our product pages to try and optimise them for search purposes and to try and improve the customer buying experience. This is where my head starts to hurt! Now, let's say I am selling a T shirt that comes in 4 sizes and 6 different colours. At the moment my website would have 24 products, each with pretty much the same content (maybe differing references to the colour & size). My idea is to change this and have 1 main product page for the T-shirt, but to have 24 product SKU's/variations that exist to give the exact product details. Some different ways I have been considering to do this: a) have drop-down fields on the product page that ask the customer to select their Tshirt size and colour. The image & price then changes on the page. b) All product 24 product SKUs sre listed under the main product with the 'Add to Cart' open next to each one. Each one would be clickable so a page it its own right. Would I need to set up a canonical links for each SKU that point to the top level product page? I'm obviously looking to minimise duplicate content but Im not exactly sure on how to set this up - its a big decision so I need to be 100% clear before signing off on anything. . Any other tips on how to do this or examples of good e-commerce websites that use product SKus well? Kind regards Tom

Will a drop in indexed pages significantly affect Google rankings?
I am doing some research into why we were bumped from Google's first page into the 3rd, fourth and fifth pages in June of 2010. I always suspected Caffeine, but I just came across some data that indicates a drop in indexed pages from 510 in January of that year to 133 by June. I'm not sure what happened but I believe our blog pages were de-indexed somehow. What I want to know is could that significant drop in indexed pages have had an effect on our rankings at that time? We are back up to over 500 indexed pages, but have not fully recovered our first page positions.

What's the SEO impact of url suffixes?
Is there an advantage/disadvantage to adding an .html suffix to urls in a CMS like WordPress. Plugins exist to do it, but it seems better for the user to leave it off. What do search engines prefer?

Do any short url's pass link juice? googles own? twitters?
I've read a few posts saying not shorten links at all but we have a lot to tweet and need to. Is googles shortener the best option? I've considered linking to the category index page the article is on and expect the user to find the article and click on the article, I don't like the experience that creates though. I've considered making the article permalink tiny but I would lose the page title being in the url. Is this the best option?
