What to believe Google's Comp or Moz's Opportunity/Potential graph
Hi! I'm newbie and I really don't know which info is best to dial in with the keywords. Google tells me that my keyword is in high competition, but Moz suggests that I have very high opportunity and potential with low difficulty with the same keyword... Hi there, I'm new to Moz. I work for a furniture retailer and I'm in the process of auditing our digital presence and improving how we appear on Google and therefore to our customers. I am working on our website's content and SEO, Google Local Listing, getting our products added to Google Shopping and updating our social media accounts, removing old accounts and improving current ones. I'd like to know how to make the most of Moz. I have set our site up in Moz Pro but I'm unsure where to go next, so I was wondering if you'd be able to offer 5 tips on where to really get started. Getting started with moz
Hi i use to be a user of SEO moz before the change to just Moz, however i am struggling to navigate around and work on campaigns. I need to know what steps to take methodically from setting up a campaign, keyword research, competitors and monitoring SERPs results. in addition improving the page grade reports and analysing keyword difficulty. Whilst Moz assist you to set up some of this initially when creating the campaign i feel it doesn't seem to take you through a logical methodical step process of configuring in depth the steps of ensuring the correct settings are relevant to the campaign i.e. an outline of the steps and i need to take that follow on from each other and getting your campaign completed. for example: create campaign keyword research onpage optimisation competitor research link finder analyser run reports that related to the info provided above I feel lost in the features of moz whilst i can see they are highly beneficial putting them to use in a chronological order to ensure the the correct setup and make use of these tools. i.e. where to start and where to end currently i feel i can only find where to start and what i should do after that to make use of Moz fully is somewhat missing. Thanks in advance, any links and direct appreciated, i would alsolike to possible speak to a Moz team member regarding my account setup if possible.

MOZ custom report is spamming my inbox
Hello, There seems to be a bug regarding MOZ's customized report. I set it up as a weekly report but i received up to 3 emails (4-5 hours interval) with incomplete data. Kindly fix. I'm using gmail. Thanks!

Why does moz show "not in top 50" for all my keywords???
Hello, I signed up to moz pro 4 days ago. And so far it seems to be tracking visits etc. But all my keywords say "not in top 50" . Why is this? Is this normal? Just to confirm most of the keywords i pasted in from my webmaster tools and i only chose the ones that were in top 50

Whenever I try to access campaigns in moz pro I get an error page
I recently signed-up for a new pro account. As I was adding my first subdomain everything was fine until I was asked to link to GA, when I clicked yes I got this error message: 403 Forbidden Now every time I click on set-up campaign I get taken to a page with nothing but the 403 Forbidden text.
