Tools for Monitoring Hundreds to Thousands of Keywords and Rankings

Hi All,
I am in process of doing and SEO overhaul for our five global sites in:
US, UK, Canada, Sweden, France
I'd like to track hundreds of keywords and rankings per site - I'm talking at least 300-400 keywords each site. Each site has its own country domain with both www and www2 domains.
So, I need a keyword tool that will let me track massive amounts of keywords. I know that the Moz Pro tool helps, but we only have 350 keywords on this account. I think on this. Any suggestions on something reliable that will provide good data? I'm sure I can get some budget to purchase something, but I also can't spend too too much money. I'm not looking for a massive analytics package. Right now, I'm concerned mainly with our keyword rankings

I'd just use Webmaster tools for something like this. you can export the spreadsheet and if you don't have a keyword listed, you're either not ranking anywhere that matters or there is no traffic the that KW anyways.

Keyword Difficulty Tool not working?
I just started using SEOMoz and I was running some searches with the Keyword Difficult Tool. It was going swell until about 10 hours ago when I begun getting this message: "Uh oh... there was a temporary problem gathering Analysis data for your request. Sorry about that! We're actively looking into resolving these intermittent issues, but in the meantime, try submitting your request again in 20 minutes. Thank you!" I gave it time to no avail. It has been about 10 hours since then and I can't KDT at all. Am I doing something wrong or is it on the SEOMoz side? Everything else works just fine.

My tools have stopped working.
I just started my 30 day trial a week ago. Yesterday, the toolbar stopped showing PA or DA, and none of the tools will load for a page. I've tried logging back in several times and it hasn't helped.

Seomoz suggetions implemented but keyword rankings dropping.
We have been with SEOMOZ for just a couple of weeks now. We impemented all the recommendations made in page analysis and crawl errors but since making changes we have started to fall in ranking for these keywords. Should we undo all his work or sit it out. Why would our rankings fall if these changes are for the better ? Thanks

Drastic Difference between Ranking in Seomoz Keyword Ranking and non-personalized Google US Search
Hi everybody, for some of our keywords we saw a huge drop in ranking in the Seomoz Dashboard, yet when performing a non-personalized Google US search we still hold our old positions. Now, I am worried whether this is an upcoming Google penalty or just some bug in the latest crawl. Did anybody ever experience something similar and how could we find out if we were indeed penalized by Google (as we did some major linkbuilding campaign for these keywords recently)? Onpage Optimization Tool - Optimize it? :)
I've been using your on-page optimization tool allot lately, I must say it simply is a great checklist to run a page through and it forces you to think about it a bit more and you notice stuff that you might otherwise have overlooked (read forgot) . But! ('cause there's always a but..) I have noticed a few issues: it could be optimized to recognize plural endings, given this is a hard one since there's allot of languages.. but It would be awesome if it did.. right? (just like the SE's do) I would be more then willing to help with the Danish. Since you already specify what version of google you wanna target eg: ".DK" it might not be all that hard to implement plural? now that we are mentioning other languages.. It would be equally sweet if it would see the correlation between Ø and OE, Å and ÅÅ and so on.. (scandinavian chars for those of you who don't know) again the SE's do For German letters I expect (not sure though, I'm not German, I speak it a bit though, so if your German feel free to correct me 🙂 that the SE's would see the letter Ö as an OE.. Ü as UE, Ä as an AE and so on. Why is the above important? well because that many still use those versions of the letters in URL's. Even though all browsers/mail clients now a'days are able to understand punycode.
