Rank Tracker Inconsistencies

My rank tracker reports are odd. The 'Changes From Last Week' don't align with the numbers in the other reports I have been getting. For instance, it will say +3 for a particular search term and show the Latest Ranking to be the same as it has been for a couple of weeks. There has been no +3 to the ranking according to the reports.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Gina! Sorry about the radio silence. We pushed a fix on October 15th that should have addressed this. Are things still looking weird on your end?

Yes, I agree. I see the same thing. Has been like this for a long time. Not only in the emails we receive but also in the online reports.
The change column is the most important column on the report but it is close to 100% inaccurate.
Historical change numbers linger on that report - for months. Recent change numbers do not appear.
If you don't remember your rankings from the previous report or before you click the refresh button, you have no idea if you are up or down.
I say that the change column is the most important column of the report because if it is working properly you can glance up and down that column and based upon the amount of green or the amount of red you can tell if it was a good week.

Right now, Moz has two tools that allow you to track keyword rankings: Rank Tracker and Campaigns. We’ve talked to a lot of customers and overwhelming feedback has been that this is just plain confusing. We agree. Don’t worry! You can still use Moz Pro for all your rank tracking and keyword research. Campaigns is the primary tool you should be using to track your keyword rankings and Keyword Explorer is your go-to to discover and prioritize the best keywords to target. What do Rank Tracker users need to know? To keep a record of your tracked keyword history, you will need to export your tracked history to CSV. If you have opted-in to receive weekly ranking emails for your tracked keywords, you will no longer receive these email alerts after June 1st, 2018. What should I do now? If you are not using Rank Tracker then this change does not impact you one bit. If you use Rank Tracker for keyword tracking, you will need to add any keywords you would like to keep tracking to a Moz Pro campaign. You can create a new campaign or add keywords to an existing campaign by navigating to the Rankings tab and selecting Add & Manage Keywords. Keyword Rankings vs. Rank Tracker research tool
I have a campaign tracking several keywords. On my Keyword Rankings report I'm not in the top 50 for anything. When I use the Rank Tracker tool, my rankings are quite high (I have 2 in the top 5). When I use the Rank Tracker tool I've noticed that I'm able to point to specific URLs on my website (not the main page). When looking on my Keyword Rankings report, the URL is usually empty. So what am I missing? Have I configured something incorrectly? Can I update the URLs on the Keyword Rankings report so the rankings will be reflective of the Rank Tracker tool? OSQdLmb nMnOQim

Big Jump in Domain Rank
We have just seen a big jump in domain rank (35 - 40) since the last update, this is also the case with the other sites we are tracking through Campaign Manager. Can anyone give me an idea what has caused this?

Moz Rank Tracker doesn't work with "PHRASE" Keywords!?
Hello, If at http://ranktracker.moz.com trying to track phrase KW - the system wont accept it. But adding [EXACT] match with [] - works well. Have I missed something? Cheers.
