Quickest Way to Pro Campaigns after Log In?
-
For some reason every time I sign into Moz there is no sign of a button or menu for my pro campaigns. I have to click on the Moz Analytics button at the top right of the screen. As of today I now have to click a campaign within analytics before I see any sign of a pro campaign button.
Can anyone tell me the quickest and easiest way to find my pro campaigns once I've signed in?
I also have the same problem if I wonder off to blogs, Q&A, Products and Training.
Feeling increasingly frustrated and starting to avoid using Moz.

I need to play with it, but it does look interesting after spending some time in it yesterday. There does seem to be data missing from one campaign though.
Like I said before, my biggest problem are similar or light colours, when i first visit analytics I can't see some of the colours, although they are better on an Apple screen than they are on a PC.
A how to guide on the right side of the screen would be good. Nice big bright button that I can't miss. I bet there is a how to guide and I've missed it

Thanks Greg - this is really useful stuff. I will make sure this gets funneled to the right place. We may reach out directly for more context if that is ok?
Thanks!

It's not that Moz Analytics is hard to understand once you have it set up. It's mostly that getting it set up is so difficult.
Moz Pro will let you set up your campaign for www.mysite.com, but Moz Analytics will not - it keeps switching it back to just mysite.com (stripping off the www part). Ask David Lee there at Moz, we've been working for weeks to get this fixed.
Also when you put in Competition URL's it does the same thing, but it should not. The stats for a www.competitor.com are often different than the stats for competitor.com - and we need to compare to the version that they show up in Google as.
The campaign set up screens really need a bunch of pop up tips on what sort of input is expected in the blanks. For example, we had a bunch of problems entering our G+ business account because we were cut-n-pasting in the URL that appears while we are logged into our G+ account - but the Campaign set up form wants the URL for those who are NOT signed in (which doesn't have /b/ in the middle). Nothing on the page tells you this.
I would start with doing a usability study on the Campaign Set Up screens before worrying about usability of the reporting screens. Use people who do not live and breathe the latest and greatest online interaction. If we get terribly frustrated just trying to set up a Campaign, then we will already be primed to look unfavorably on any little problem with the reporting interface.
Maybe I like Moz Pro better because the Campaign set-up steps are a little more old-school, a little easier to understand, and it's less likely to change what I enter...

Do you guys think there is anything we could do to make it easier for our customers to learn the new system?
-
I didn't realise everything was under analytics as I haven't had the time lately to keep up with moz.
My first problem is the colours you are using in analytics - I'm struggling to see the soft colours so I'm instantly frustrated and looking for PRO.
This morning I have had a very quick look and have been able to find the majority of the PRO reports in analytics, but there does seem to be a difference in the data between the too. For instance, in analytics I have no key word rankings but in PRO I do.
I also don't fancy having to type a URL into On Page Optimisation every time I need to monitor a page.
It's just a case of learning a new system. But the colour thing is a real problem for me.

Hey Christina / Gregory,
Sorry to hear that you guys are feeling frustrated. Have you tried Moz Analytics recently? Are there particular things that are you prefer in PRO that mean you prefer to use it over Moz Analytics? We are working really hard to get newer features out in MA and make it more useful to you than PRO, we would love to hear your feedback.
If you like you can email directly - you can find me at jon@moz.com.
Thanks,
Jon

Cheers Gregory, now got that link saved to my favourites bar, so much easier.
I still think Moz is pretty great, but it did seem to work better before the design change.

I do not know of a handy button back to Moz Pro. Instead I just keep this link bookmarked: http://pro.moz.com/campaigns
You wrote: "Feeling increasingly frustrated and starting to avoid using Moz." Yep, me too. There seems to be too many bugs and too much inaccurate data. Sometimes I think I stay subscribed just access to this Forum...

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains
Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help
Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL. It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now. Please help. Thanks

Moz Pro Warning: Redirect Chain
I have just signed up to a Moz Pro account, and after it finished crawling my website it gave me a warning about a redirection chain. http://elementpaints.com >> https://elementpIaints.com >> https://www.elementpaints.com I'm trying to find some more information about how to fix this problem but I'm not having much luck. This article I found even says it is not a problem: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/avoid-landing-page-redirects So now I'm even more confused, do I still need to fix this? If so, how do I do that? FYI: I have Lets Encrypt SSL cert installed on my server, and I'm using Cloudflare with Full SSL option and HSTS enabled, and "Always Use HTTPS" option is turned on. | http://elementpaints.com |

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up
Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? What should I do? GlWPAsc zAmzqFf

Can't add a 2nd campaign o_O
Hi there, Here is the thing.. I have an e-commerce website selling in Canada and USA. I created 2 different directories to get my website translated in both English and French. My first campaign is basically the English version of my website: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/en. I've configured the campaign with G.A, Social Media, targeted keywords etc... Now I'd like to create a 2nd campaign targeting my French version: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/fr. The only problem here is that it won't let me go through the whole "Add a Campaign" process. I've been able to access the "BASICS" tab where you have to enter the company name, website link and campaign name. However it doesn't allow me to go to the next step. As soon as I press the "Next" button, here is the message I have: "We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign." When I created my very first campaign, I didn't have to wait, the campaign was available almost immediately. Does this message mean that it requires couple of hours/days to create my 2nd campaign? Thank you for your help.

Why isn't my Campaign Data updating?
I am new to Moz and my campaigns haven't been updating. I got the initial data, but I haven't received any new data since then. I think that I set up the account on the 23rd of July. My reports show that info, but nothing else. I have checked the dropdown for this last week and it is empty. I have done a lot of work and want to see if there has been any change. Help! FyBaH8B

Campaign Setup Re-Direction
Hello!I am trying to setup my first campaign, we have a GEOIP re-direct in place for the .co.uk domain to go to the .com site however we have specified that bots do not get re-directed.When I enter the .co.uk domain name at setup stage I get the following message: "We have detected that the domain mywebsiteco.uk redirects to www.mywebsite.com. We do not recommend tracking a redirect URL. Would you like to track www.mywebsite.com for this campaign instead?" I have setup the rogerBot user agent in Firefox to see if I get re-directed but I do not so I can't figure out why i'm getting this message. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Chirs
