OSE Export very slow

Anyone else having issues with Open Site Explorer? Been trying to export a backlink report for a website for the past 2 hours (the grey bar has been going that long). The site only has 1937 backlinks!!

Woops! Keri's right - I read that response "Thanks for the reply, customer services." and thought that you meant you received an answer via email. I made an assumption there. Sorry!
Anyways, can you please send us an email by going here and following the instructions under the search bars? http://moz.com/help/contact. It sounds like there's enough issues here that we should look into each one one-by-one. Again, I'm sorry for misreading your post earlier.

Aaron really didn't mean it that way. Our help desk has had higher number of tickets lately, and he skimmed, saw the thanks, and thought everything was OK. I'll have him come back and make sure this gets the proper attention. My sincere apologies for the mixup.

Finally finished and returned an empty report!! Does anything around here work!! If it's not OSE breaking, it's moz analytics not working with G+, keep forgetting Twitter info, cookie problems with chrome etc

Having problems with OSE
I am getting error messages from OSE - it just keeps saying 'loading data' and then after a while 'there was a problem getting your data'. Any ideas what wrong, I really need this for a meeting this afternoon in 1.5 hours. Thanks Andy

Moz cannot crawl domain. Also OSE does not work properly on this specific domain?

Why does OSE redirect to another url when the url you're testing doesn't redirect in your browser?
Run an OSE report on www.schoolmatters.com/ca/san-diego/personal-injury-lawyer/. OSE redirects to brandingwithseo.com. Why? And if you go to brandingwithseo.com in your browser, it redirects to seocompany.org. Why is OSE redirecting? It appears the links that come up are a combination of links for the seo company and for schoolmatters.com.

How can Ahrefs be better than OSE ?
Dear Sirs and Contributors, I know this question is going to cause revolution, but I am paying for a subscription to moz every single month and I see that Open Site Explorer doesn't find baacklinks for some of my new clients when aHrefs can find more than 16 !! Why is this ? How can a free tool like ahrefs give me more information than OSE for which I pay for ? ;-(

Discrepancy between OSE internal links and Webmaster Tools
Hi, We have been attempting to increase our rankings for our key term for a number of months now, and we are seeing an unusual discrepancy between OSE and Webmaster Tools that we believe may be causing us harm. OSE shows our homepage, www.unionroom.com, as having only 27 internal links (only three of these aren't 301's too), whereas Webmaster Tools is showing just over 1,500 internal links to the homepage. The three pages that OSE are displaying as linking back to the homepage are the homepage, our blog and our accessibility page. These pages are all ran off the same template and have the same header and footer (with three home links spread across header and footer). You can see our confusion! Is this a case of OSE's stats being incorrect (the website has been live for ~6 months) or is there an issue with our in-linking structure that we are missing? Thanks!
